Had my old Lexus towed to Heppe’s with four flats and a dead battery on Friday afternoon... it was mobile by noon on Monday. I was happy with the work and price.

Amazing mechanic shop. My brother is a diesel mechanic and everything the mechanic said what was wrong with my car was something definitely needed as per my brother. They are very reliable, quick, and do a good job.Highly recommend. They clearly value professionalism, know their stuff, and do a quick and excellent job.

My brakes were making awful noises, but my car has over 220,000 miles on it so its not surprising. They diagnosed and repaired my brakes all in one afternoon and my car runs like new. I didnt realize the difference good brakes make in my overall driving, not just when braking. Thanks, Wes!

This place is a joke. Most overpriced place in Milwaukee. Charged me 800 for a starter on a 06 accord, tire has been flat everyday ever since. They did a brake job for me without telling me my break lines were leaking (lol) they also overcharged for that as well. More damage to my car on that trip when my muffler fell off the day I got it back and they said it wasn’t them. Don’t even do a slight glance at anything other than what you brought your car in for not even your oil. Overpriced and unprofessional, only bring your car in here if you have absolutely no other option and have a lot of money to spend because they will guaranteed be about double the price you would pay just about anywhere else.

I broke down nearby and limped my car there. They were very accomodating and looked at it right away. Unfortunately it was a transmission issue & they recommended a specialist shop. They did not charge me. Im from out of town, so they agreed to hold my car until I could arrange a tow. Definitely were very honest in my opinion!

They have saved us numerous times when the unexpected happens to (even) our well-maintained vehicles (like the heat shield that broke on our car yesterday). Set 10am appointment for alignment as they are the recipient of alignment referrals from several other shops in the area. Had to wait 10 minutes as they finished up with prior customer, but quickly performed alignment diagnosis thereafter. Service was friendly and direct. I spent 10 years in the auto industry...Heppes provided a strong first impression.

Thought I would give this shop a chance since I live a few blocks......what a mistake! I told them what i thought needed to be done and wanted a inspection was told to bring it in but never told there was a fee of $40 for that. The prices they quoted me were way to high so i declined work. If your going to charge somebody a fee make them aware of that, went back and for with the owner about that being rude and he could care less wouldnt recommended to anyone wasted my time and money thumbs done for me SMH!
