Horrible I was told to be there 9-930....the lott was empty no cars no people not even a spot of fresh oil on the ground.looks like it is shutdown but u call it sounds like they got 20 Nascars in there getting repaired!!!disgusted..I am not a morning person..if I oild give no stars I would only got one cuz theynforced it

The staff here are really nice they fixed my vehicle quick and the price was very reasonable. They have also texted me frequently to check to see how my vehicle is working since the work being done. I would definitely recommend this place

My experience with Wink was great even tho the electrical guy was sick 😷 he did an absolutely amazing job fixing my vehicle & the cost was much lower than I expected. If need be I will be revisiting them again. Great job guy Thank you.

I sat there for 2-3 hours and still never got my car pulled in I ended up going to Firestone pain three hundred and some dollars for a starter to be put on and to get some light work done on the front in the back end up paying $690 and I want to go to Winks to get my he looked at still never got it taken care of and ask people were leaving out everyone was complaining another gentleman came up and said how bad they messed up his car that his car is at another shop being worked on at their expense but there is one gentleman that I ask for some air he was very polite and he even said God bless you and have a great day thats the only thing that made me feel good about that day I would like to go over there and get my heat looked at but I cannot sit another 3-4 hours without any results

Been bringing my cars here for almost 10 years. Owner is a stand up guy who usually hires quality techs. Will tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. Great at electrical work

They never answer the phone ever they have a voice messaging system but never returned your calls I would never get my car fixed there

Very pleased with repair work done. I have had several repairs done here in the past year. Each time the service has been excellent!! I will continue to bring my car here in the future.

Did a competent job of the work that needed doing, did not try to rope me into doing work that did not need doing, saved me money where they could. Some places will try to milk you for every penny they can. It can be a scary process going to a mechanic you do not know. I trust wink Auto and will continue to take my car there for all the other work that needs to be done.

Wonderful place if you have any any electrical work done to your vehicle the owner is very attentive he listens to your problems and he gets the job done very courteous A1 work

My family always goes to Wink Auto. Great service and great prices. My transmission just went on my car and we called them right away. My car is back good as new. We trust them 100%. There is a shop right in our neighborhood but we choose to travel the extra 20 plus minutes to go to Wink Auto instead. That is how great they are!

They did a really quick and professional job for my oil change and front pad and rotors. Great price for a synthetic oil change and also good pricing for my front pad and rotors. Will go back to get the back brakes done soon.

They are good about explaining to me what’s happening and answers all my questions.

I highly recommend this shop. Ive shopped around looking for an honest repair shop with very reasonable price and finally found one close to my area. Great services and reasonable prices.

Their prices are very fair and the staff really easy to work with, however, everything in my vehicle was stolen while at the shop....tools, paperwork, literary everything that wasnt bolted down was stolen. I lost 3k worth of equipment just to get 600 worth of work done. Its a shame, the shop does good work.

They made an incredibly stressful situation very easy for me. Everyone I spoke with was super nice, patient and informative! I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all, which was what I was worried about going into this repair. They even discounted the price for me, which I was shocked by. I fully plan on using them for any auto needs

Over charged on everything and never fixed the problem I had on my SUV but had to pay any way just to my vehicle out. A big rip off

Horrible place!!!!! We have had a engine replaced with them which was around $2-3K and the day we came to pick up the vehicle after they so called repaired it, the engine blew up!!! We brought it back and they said it was under warranty and they will replace it. When it was time to pick up the truck they said we would have to pay for cost after they told us it was still under warranty which Im sure is illegal if you do not confirm or get approval for the additional cost. ( YOU CAN NOT DO WORK WITHOUT CONFIRMING PRICE WITH CUSTOMER) that goes for any business. We have been dealing with this for 3-4 month now. Ive talked with ken who is unable to help, cant return calls with update and assured us that arty( the so called owner ) would call back. I have yet to hear from the owner and every time we call they say he is on vacation. Who runs a business that doesnt confirm a price with customers and when there is a issue why doesnt the owner take responsibility and the time to take care of there complaint.

I had a very difficult low voltage/ground issue on my 2012 Chevy Impala that was not allowing my to pass my emissions. I consider myself somewhat repair knowledgeable, however this was over my head. The codes that where give where misleading due to it being in part that damaged ground electrical caused the computer to say items such as fuel pumps and ignition relays had to be replaced. However instead of simply replacing random parts, Ken was able to look for the source of the problem. After some diagnostic work and wiring repairs he fixed all the ground issues and a few other problems in the process and I was able to pass my inspection! This allowed me to keep my vehicle in service without having to change any parts at all, saving me hundreds of dollars on parts that did not need to be changed. Thank you very much for the quality and honest work!

I took my car to Wink because I thought they were a Professional shop that did good work. That was not my experience. My original mechanic diagnosed my car with needing a water pump/timing belt and an oil leak.. I decided to go to Wink instead because the price was better. I paid over $1000 for that work combined and when I got my car back the check engine light was on and it had never been on before. I took it back and they said it was a misfire in a cylinder... okay. I get it back and the light comes back on... now its a tune up... okay. The light comes back on and now I have a bad coil... they put a used coil in my car without asking and told me they were doing me a favor because I wasnt charged for that portion and there is no warranty on that work. I dont think it was a favor because they took up too much of my time for the same issue and there is no guarantee the part really works. The mechanic also put his dirty feet on my floor every time I took my car to them leaving muddy foot prints. I complained every time, but was ignored.I found that to be disrespectful, so I wont be going back.

Winks is a wonderful electric place to get your work done on your car they are professional and they are very very fast and they keep in contact with you with everything thats going on I love this place

I was experiencing a electrical problem so I was referred to go to Wink Auto. I called and arranged to drop my vehicle off.They communicated with me very well,properly diagnosed my problem, repaired my vehicle within budget, highly recommend.

No i would never go back they over charge and will mess up your vehicle. You have to watch over them just to make sure your vehicle is done right they also have uncertified mechanics working on your vehicle

This place told me they would have my car in garage my car is not old and is a foreign car instead they left in on the street over the weekend and didn’t manage to even cover my car with anything while it got rained on continuously besides the fact I know people off the steeets going thru my car because 2nof my windows are busted out didn’t even manage to lock my door horrible place I’m never going back and there’s not even a manager on call or nothing the place just needs Jesus in their life IM BEYOND PISSED

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The quality of service is substandard, and their knowledge of auto electric systems isnt even worth mentioning. The issues I have are unchanged, yet I payed to have them fixed. While taking apart my dash and doors they actually broke some of the clips holding them together.

I brought my car here and had great, quick service. The price was reasonable and the owner was very helpful with any questions/concerns that I had.

Terrible service! They were playing the guessing game with my oldsmobile, then come to find out my oldsmobile did not need all the necessary work that Wink prescribed. It seems they were trying to avoid my calls concerning my vehicle, and to top all of that they dont answer the phone about a hour after they open!

I love them theyre always honest about whats going on with my car. Ive used them for two years now n I havent had a problem yet.

Keep my truck for nearly 3 weeks and didnt fix it. Charged me $88.00 for dianostic, but didn tell me what was causing it to shut off 1 to 5 seconds after starting. I told Wink about my truck before towing it there. I paid; because, Ken would not release my truck.
