My appointment was for 4:15 I got there at 4:20 because of traffic and she was finishing up someone’s nails then she started doing someone’s toes she didn’t start my nails till 4:40 and said “I’m going to listen to music “and put in her headphones she was really watching a video about how to do my nails I asked for long nails and she made them really short and uneven they were also little nats flying around my head

Ive been going for quite a few years now and I am pleased after each time. They are so gentle with your hands. They dont rip out your cuticles like other places when they are trying to hurry. They give suggestions on how to take care of your feet and they are above all else so nice.

I have had no issues at this salon. The owners are great people. They are honest and very friendly and do a great job on your nails.

Good quality work in a pleasant environment. With COVID, they are taking all the necessary precautions to limit exposure. Bring cash for tips because it cant be added to your card.

When getting a pedicure, she cut my foot and didn’t even apologize, only wiped the blood off with the white towel. My one nail smudge almost immediately and the women doing my nails looked at it and didn’t even offer to fix it. Definitely won’t go there again.

Ive been going here regularly for over a year. They have sometimes been able to take me as a walk in but I try to call first just in case. The quality of work has been consistently good. I have never left and felt like it was a bad job. My nails last a long time also. I dont have to go back until they really grow out.I would recommend them to anyone.

Holly did an amazing job on my nails. I have always gotten gel tips, but after a year of not having them, decided to get a normal shellac manicure- I thought there was no hope for these nails but they look so great! So glad I found this in Milton - lot of raving reviews when I posted for suggestions on Facebook Milton Group!

Never a wait and my nails always come out looking amazing!

My mum heard that this place was great, but it was awful. I went in to have acrylics put on, my third round, and my mum went in to get gels. They were overbooked so we were passed between the two working there. My nails were lumpy, crooked, and not the length I asked for, and the process was very painful, and they put shellac on mum instead, which she was displeased with because she wanted more color choices. We thought it would get better when they got used to our nails, but it didnt. My nails were still always crooked and mums were still lumpy and uneven, and the paint never covered the whole nail. And for some reason, Ive never had this in any other nail place, she only put me under the uv light once, all the other times I held my hands in front of a fan so of course the paint chipped much sooner. But tonight was the last time we are ever going there.Yet again they over booked themselves. We werent passed around, but every customer was rushed through. I cracked two of my nails, but she ripped off 5 of them. I thought she was grabbing a some tips to size mine, but she used that to rip my nails off without letting them soak. It was painful and chucks of my real nails were obviously ripped of with them. Next she didnt put new tips on. She just spread the stuff over my broken nails so now 5 of them are very short and extremely misshapen. And yet again the process was painful. Im still in pain over an hour after this happening. As for my mum, the woman didnt even sit down to do her nails, the result was breaking one of her nails, which cant be fixed by gluing on a tip (like mine were supposed to be). The paint was rushed, my nails are beyond repair and need to be completely redone, and my mums nails look like a boxer just lost a fight.Note that even when my mum and I were the only ones in there our nail still came out misshapen and unevenly painted. So on their good days the work is no where near the price. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I have been getting my nails done by Holly for several years (every 3 weeks) and she always does an excellent job.

Terrible place to go, first time and never will go again. Prices were changed after I called because my nails are long. Asked for uv gel and got some powder dip instead. Worst part is they put the powder on top of the gel from the last person that did them!!! Then they popped off my nails with nail tips and it hurt! Also the shape of my nails were not what I asked for and were uneven and lumpy with polish missing. When I asked about it Hollys answer was that it was because of the gel underneath or because of the tips on my 2 nails I had broken and I was told it will be good next time and I needed to go back to her. This place was also very unprofessional, holly who is the owner was on her cell phone making calls while doing my nails. Finally, it was very unsanitary and no lotion or hot towels were used like most places do. I have completed my cosmetology hours and will have my license within a month and I have had my gels on for 5yrs now so trust me when I say this is a place you should not go to get your nails done at!
