This used to be a GREAT place. I’m a summer Milton resident and come here to do blankets and sheets. Today is my 2nd visit this summer and there are even more washers OUT OF ORDER than 3 weeks ago. Many washers are labeled as QUARTERS only. I’m not sure why someone would let this place go downhill. It’s still clean and the A/C is great. However, it seems repairs aren’t being made and the soda/snack machine is still unplugged.

Used to be the best laundromat in the area, I would come down from St Albans to use it, but 3/4 of the machines are out of order every time I go now, and the rest are coin only for whatever reason.

Most of the washers are out of order and multiple are marked that they only take quarters, but they dont actually work, they just take your money. Very disappointing 😕

This is my third time to come to the Milton Laundromat this month.So many washers are out of order today. I managed to get the last two small washers.Many washers had washed clothes in the machines and no one around to remove their cleaned clothes. Of course, that is not the laundromats fault.The out of order washers, well, that is the owners problem and not good for business.I was to very disappointed with this place and I will be searching for a new place to do my clothes.

This place is usually the best place I’ve been.... now almost every large - regular machine is not working.... did COVID cause all repairman to retire? It’s not like the owners are hurting, laundromats will always be in demand with so many rentals in Vermont not having washer/dryers, so I don’t see why they can’t afford to get them fixed. 😖

If I could put -0- Stars, I would! This place is a joke! Never any staff, no one calls back if you have issues or complaints. LESS THAN HALF of the washers are working everytime I go there. Its been like this for a year now! The couple that owned it before were absolutely wonderful! Then they had to sell and of course its a company that is all about the money and terrible customer service! People get ripped off all the time here, including myself! The place is a disaster all the time! I cant stand it!!! This company has ruined this place by letting it go. Oh did I mention??.... the washers and dryers were brand new before they took over! 🤬

It is very clean. Jess is wonderful. Shes very helpful and very Nice and caring.

They take quarters or cards although there were many machines out of order. The machines are clean at least.

Fast. Very fast, but its twice the price of any other laundromat Ive ever been to.

We usually do laundry at home but we are traveling so needed to stop and do a load. In fact, I am sitting here right now while I’m writing this This place is beautifully clean with up-to-date equipment, plenty of machines, friendly staff (even this early in the morning). I don’t think I could’ve picked a better place to stop and do our laundry… thanks

Awesome place. Clean and extremely nice. Allison did my laundry with exceptional expertise. Jim is an amazing guy. Super nice. Also, this is the first time Ive ever been to a laundromat and met the owners. They CARE

The rides are great, but they are very small and tend to break down and fill with water. But when that doesn’t happen it is actually a pretty fun ride. 4/5

Great laundromat, very clean with a ton of brand new washers and dryers of varying sizes.

Needed to wash some bulky stuff, so stopped in Milton Laundromat. Super nice, helpful owner. Clean facility.

Very clean. Friendly couple that own the place are always helpful; they also offer a rewards card with 10 washes you get a free wash.
