What a refreshing experience. I had a custom ring designed online and upon receiving it realized that the prongs were on the weak side; they had points and were catching on everything. They were able to take the stone out and redo the setting so that it no longer catches. Now it has the prongs that a diamond ring would have.The customer service that Meryl and Bruce provided was thoughtful, warm, and made me feel like I’ve found my jewelers! The owner said hed be able to redesign my ring. He went on and on about how what I was looking for could be done. He emailed me to say he was actively looking for the type of band I requested. I contacted him twice after and no response was received from him. A response to tell me the truth that he couldnt provide the service wouldve been the least they could do.
