Installed a faulty water heater. Lasted less than 2 months. Paid over a thousand. Hunted him down, gave me a time and never showed. Tried to message and call with no response for days. Had to pay someone else another thousand to replace it. NEVER HIRE THIS PERSON!!!!

We have known Chris for over 4 years and cannot say enough great things about this young professional. Chris always shows up on time, efficiently manages his time evaluating the scope of each project and offers various options that work with our priorities, schedule, and budget. Chris does a fantastic job every time - we highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs, as well as kitchen/bathroom renovations, and any related projects.

We had 6 separate appointments (four of which they were late stating emergent calls and two no-shows). On Saturday 6/27/2020, I was told I was a priority 1, since my old on demand system croaked, but he didn’t show up until 4pm (texting me at 12:47pm stating he had an emergency call even though I was priority). They installed our on demand hot water system and I paid in full on 6/28/2020 thinking they were done, but they still have yet to come back to finish the PVC work outside and exposed insulation (picture shown). Also, we were to have an appointment on Thursday 7/16/2020 at 9am, which he no-showed, never contacted us until the next day, but read the message at 4:40pm that Thursday (picture shown). On Monday 7/20/2020, we called asking when he was going to finish his work and give us an invoice, at first he said I was breaking up, but called back and said he would be here Tuesday 7/21/2020 at 9am, but he no-showed (both calls were recorded)... and he still hasn’t responded. Lastly, they are withholding my invoice that I need from the install on 6/28/2020 that I need to submit to Vermont Gas for a rebate. They also knew at the time of install that I am looking at being furloughed in August. So, yes, I do not recommend this company.

We had an issue with our up flush toilet in our finished basement and I called Chris on a recommendation from a friend who had him help out with an issue with his well. He was able to squeeze me in between jobs the same day I called! Came over, fixed the problem, discovered it had been installed incorrectly (no shock there) fixed that too and charged such a reasonable price, I felt compelled to tip! Will definitely contact him for future issues!

I found Chris online after discovering water dripping in my basement and he came out to my house within the hour. He ran air through the line and found and fixed the problem. He only charged me the minimum fee. I will definitely be using his services in the future!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We asked him to help us with a project, he said he wanted to do everything, to cancel our other handy man and he would complete the task and come the next day. He came to our house, said he needed to go to Lowes to get some stuff and would be back. 4 hours later I called and no answer, an hour later he TEXTED me he couldnt come back until the next day. I said fine, because we already canceled our other appliance guy. Friday at 2, he never showed, never answered a phone call or text. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heres your warning.
