The OnTrac corporate service is great but this local facility is very unprofessional and irresponsible. My package should be delivered on the 3rd but the tracking system said it’s delayed that day. Therefore I called them 3 consecutive days for a new ETA. the local facility keep saying it’s delayed and will deliver tomorrow. Not a surprise it’s ended in MISSING after 3 days waiting. And then I’ll need to wait for another 8-day for them to announce the lost case. It should be way easier if they simply claim it as missing at the first time so I can reorder.

BEWARE: On Monday morning (approx 9:30am) this driver actually tried to push me into the lane next to me as they raced up to merge directly next to me apposed to getting behind me in the multiple car lengths of open space!! They just drove up next to me at the end of their lane and just pushed into my lane forcing me to stop or be hit!! They refused to drive like a respectful driver and merge into an open space appropriately. I will be contacting more appropriate people about this complaint, but wanted to warn people. I will never use this company based on this experience!! This delivery is not worth our lives on the road!!! When you try to call the company to talk to someone, the automatic system just hangs up on you.

This company deserves negative stars. Fact: In 9 years at this address and 60+ packages shipped through Ontrac, they have never delivered a single package. Call their Customer Service number, and there is no option to actually get customer service.

Be careful with On Track drivers . From their warehouse in Milpitas, I have NEVER seen On Track driver stop at the stop sign . They seem always to be busy to rush themselves on the street for delivering package . Once I saw an On Track driver make illegal U turn passing the street divider to get back his warehouse without waiting at the traffic light . Other time I saw a driver quickly turn right at red light ( of course no stop or slow down ) then make a U turn and right again . I would say they are killers than drivers

Bad service!!! I will never use ontrac again. I was told I could pickup my package that night and they would call once it was ready. They never called and then a supervisor said that it would not be ready till Monday when I was told I could get it Friday night worst case Saturday. 2 supervisors told me that that location was not open for Saturday pick ups they lied. I got a call on Saturday and they said it was ready and I was able to pick it up.

Poor service delivery Period. My package wasnt delivered because it said not accessible. Because I have a fences you dont shout or even bother to come to the front gate, just on the truck and drove off.. there are people home . Never use this On Trac Service

It was almost impossible to find. I had to find it because I live in a apt. bldg. with locked front door with an outdated cell box. Our property manager says she cant give any tenant the code. Delivery persons are too much of a hurry to cell their office to get the code. If they had I wouldnt had to find them! And I would have given them 5 stars because I think they try harder than the other delivery companies.

Like most of others, if there were infinite negative, I would give. The driver actually didnt come, but updated online status to say something like gate code not granted...; firstly I didnt see any door tag, plus I actually wait in front of the gate for like 3 hours, never saw the driver. Then the driver updated the status say gate code....Plus, the pickup center.... the address.... is actually high way I-880! I dont know what to do now.

Every time i get order something from amazon i keep hoping they stop using this company. even with prime i can never seem to get my orders on time........ Out of all the times Ive called customer service once has that person gone above and beyond. She was very helpful. Well there goes another entire day wasted for me.....

This was an address they have been delivering for the last one year! This was a package through Amazon. Not sure why Amazon uses these guys even after repeated issues.Update: called customer service and that team has no clue. Further, they verified and could not confirm as to why the driver updated it as incorrect address. Case escalated to the Amazon shipping team. Ontrac seems to have the most inefficient process and system to track, deliver packages.

They are capable to do their job on time especially when they make a mistake. I was supposed to have items delivered on time and it didnt delivered but the status says its been delivered. If I dont have a camera in the delivery location, I would have lost the package and I dont have a way to prove it.They are very slow and not keeping the promises to call me back. I am waiting my time to recover my package and I lost my contact because of that.

I agree with all of the negative reviews. These guys have no clue as to what they are doing. Delivery was supposedly attempted but the guy never came and didnt leave a door tag. Use someone else if you have an important package. Not worth the hassle.

Best hassle-free overnight shipping. Also OnTrac has the cheapest price when I compared with Fedex, UPS and USPS, when I did the overnight delivery.

Spent the whole day at home waiting for two packages that where supposedly delivered at 8:15pm and signed by my front door. I checked my neighbors cameras but no one came at 8:15 or around that time. This is not the first time this has happened, so Im going to start canceling any order shipped by Ontrac.

Ive been on hold for 40 minutes trying to find out about an undelivered package. Claims they couldnt get into building, but didnt even try, and didnt even leave a slip. This company sucks and I wish amazon would stop using them.

They just leave packages in the lobby next to the mailboxes unsecured. I just found one sitting down there right now. Ive lost packages because of these people and their incompetence before and I now know why. How are they still in business?

This company is a nightmare...Every time I order something on Amazon and they send it with on track I never get my package or it’s super super late most of the time I don’t get it.... not sure what they do with my items but I am sure they don’t just “lose” them every single time. I wish they would go out of business and I really wish Amazon didn’t use them I have asked Amazon repeatedly not to ...

There is nothing less than this to give I get delivery from all the other delivery services but ontrac drivers are the dumbest. They gave me reason that gated service but the gate is open in day time between 9 am to 5 pm.

I would give a zero star if possible. They couldnt deliver a package- left a note saying fd but never delivered- this was for an Amazon order. I called Amazon and they said they are investigating. Magically package arrived in a few days.

Very unreliable service. Missed my package, opened a complain 13 days back, was promised that someone will respond in 48 hours, and no one bothered to call back. When enquired about the complain, the complain was closed for some reason and I was never contacted.

If I ran my personal business and you asked me what courier services I utilized, ontrc would be on the very bottom of that list. My package was thrown at my front door. Most courier delivery reps are contracted and dont even work for who they deliver for thus they could give 2 cents about your package. Try calling customer service you say? Ha! Thats none existent. Does ontrac care about my review let alone all these other reviews...answer is no...obviously. Thats why as I write this they have 1.8 of 5 stars for their Milpitas distribution center. Hey ontrac, if you cared about this review or the others lets have you reply or change your business strategy to satisfy your third party members, me. Amazon is their first customer, as my package was purchased from them, then put into the wrongful hands of ontrac.i have been on hold for 7 minutes as I finish this review for my phone and screw on track. Ill just complain to Amazon about them.

I have had nothing but problems with this company, I get a monthly delivery, and have for almost a year and ever month there is a new issue where they arent attempting to deliver my package properly. The last 2 months the tracking said it was delivered and left at my front door which had me searching everywhere for it. Only to find out later that it was not delivered and I was wasting my time looking for it and checking with all my neighbors. This place is the worst.

I Would give ZERO stars if i could!! Ordered shoes to be delivered next day shipping, didnt arrive so I waited another day, a week later nothing still delivered!!!! So upset, those shoes were a gift and were well over $150!!! I am getting the run around when I call San Jose On Trac !!! Someone is always home and it really upsets me to know that it was out for delivery and confirmed by your facility that there was NO ACTUAL attempt to delivered.. and then updated to reattempt to deliver next business day... knowing there wasnt even an attempt the first time!!!!!!!! There should of been no problem what so ever, being that it was supposed to be delivered to a HOUSE, with NO GATE, NO DOGS, or any excuses as to why it couldnt be delivered!! They regularly leave packages outside of the gate where they are stolen, even after multiple calls to report the issue. Very often late delivery.

Such a garbage service... they never meet there delivery commitment date/time, its always a day late. Just had my third package in a row from them delivered to me the day after it was supposed to. Its not like San Jose is in the middle of nowhere, either. Get it together!

If i can give negative stars i would... I think one of the requirements for the delivery drivers is being extra lazy and not knowing how to use a dial pad at gates... the few times i have ordered stuff online and they used OnTrac for some reason i always never get it and when tracked it says attempting and no one home. And what sucks is i usually have to drive to them to get my package. How are they still in business?!?!?!

I had a next-day package that was supposed to be deliveed by 9pm on Friday night.. The driver said delivey was attempted at 8:48pm but the business was closed & the front door locked. BS!!! The address is for a rehabilitation/convalescent center & the door is NEVER locked! Supposedly an Attempted Delivery tag was left on the front door...WRONG! The delivery was attempted at an incorrect address. Now CS is saying the next delivery cannot happen until Monday. If I wanted a Monday delivery, i would have asked for it! Go with UPS or FedEx...these guys suck!

Attempted to deliver to my shop at 9am. I dont open until 11AM. I contacted them after the 2nd attempted and told them their driver doesnt keeps track of my business hours or what and he still attempts to deliver before 11AM. Didnt delivered amazon prime package on time.Reason: Gated Community, cant enter. Seriously..?? No one came to deliver, asked in leasing office and they said we didnt received any package nor attempted delivery. There is a reason we order using amazon prime so that we can get it next day. OnTrac always messes up. Cancel your order if you see shipping service as OnTrac. Also leave a review on amazon regarding them.

ONTRAC claimed they couldnt deliver because the business was closed at 4:59P and also claimed a delivery tag was left on the door. Both claims are laughable because the business is never closed: The front door is always unlocked and theres a reception desk thats staffed 24/7. Never any need to stick a delivery tag on the door. Because of this, I dont believe anyone ever actually went to the delivery address. I see now that ONTRAC has a history of doing this kind of thing. Amazon needs to sh!tcan them if they cant deliver accurately ontime and if theyre not truthful.

Terrible - Any delivery they have made has been as issue. - they always claim they cant find our location even though they have eventually made it out here numerous times. Amazon uses them all of the time and I am about to stop using Amazon since I can never rely on things arriving when I need them. Last week they delivered several items our business ordered and this week they were the shipper again for a big amazon order and all of the sudden they were unable to locate us for all of the packages. which I desperately needed. Bottom line is its a joke. I have spoken numerous times to the Ontrac local office to try and get the ongoing issue from continually happening but to no avail. I typically do not ever write negative reviews, only the positive stuff, but this has been such an on-going problem that never gets fixed, inspite of my patience in going over this with their staff that I feel the need to save others the possibly of dealing with them.

Customer service is bad, otherwise they deliver in time most of the cases. They work good with Amazon prime.

My package was supposed to be delivered last week and I still havent gotten it. It has said out for delivery 3 different times and then wrong delivery address and redeliver on next business day..I get mail delivered to me all of the time at this address without issues. I have called customer service multiple times to figure it out and I eventually just told them to hold my packages at the ontrac facility in another town for me to drive to and pick them up. So ridiculous. What is wrong with the delivery guys?? Will never order through them again. What a hassle. I already have enough stress to deal with in my life right now

Never deliver amazon packages on time. If you can, request amazon to not use them for your packages.

Same day packages are chronically received late because Ontrac refuses to attempt delivery and leaves packages at the resident services office. Always with a note that delivery was attempted.

They delivered my Amazon order no idea where, but the tracker says it was signed at the front door (definitely not my door as no one was at home).Shocking to see other reviews here, and even more that Amazon works with them. Asking where is my package & when can I get it?, no one answer. When you buy something online and you see the delivery company name is OnTrac, then you probably can start to pray for your package.
