I am appalled by the service I received at this place based on my recent visit. I have used her a few times to have care labels sewn onto my scarves, and she has always done a good job. But just recently my last visit, I dropped off an item, she wrote down on the tab to pick up in 1 week?? She usually gets it done in 1 day turnaround time, so I called her the next day to confirm. The next day I called and asked that I was not aware she wrote on the pick-up tab to pick up in 5 days and I needed it for a customer that day. I said to her if she is pushing out to 5 days then I will have to pick up my scarf and find another alteration. She said okay, because she is busy.By the way, I was next door at the Big Lots parking lot when I called her. When I picked up my item, she said it was $5. I asked her, But you told me you were busy and that itll be done in a week? So you were able to finish it? She said, Next time, go somewhere else. I was so confused and completely SHOCKED by her comment. She basically played me and lied to me! HOW RUDE! NOT USING HER AGAIN. I hope by writing this review, she will treat ALL her future customers better.

The tailoring really was perfect!! Couldn’t be happier with my altered dress. She added padding perfectly and shortened it just right. Prices are great and turn around was quick. Will go back if I need anything else done. Thank you!

Been here several times. Received excellent customer service and good quality work every single time.

Got new buttons on a shirt and jeans shortened. Buttons were only sewn in with a few threads (not cross-threading as is best practice) and the buttons are so big they barely fit in the holes. The jeans tailoring came undone in about 8 months.

I wish if I cound give her 0 stars. never back again. I dont recommend to any one
