During one of the most unexpected and stressful events in our lives, Vince and his entire team were life savers. After a kitchen fire with extensive smoke damage throughout our house, we were overwhelmed and distraught. Luckily, a friend who had had a house fire a year ago, referred us to Service Master. Vince came out promptly and from day one, he was professional, calm, informative, responsive, diligent, and super helpful. We completely trusted Vince and his entire team with our home and all its contents. We are back at home now and you would never know there had been a fire at all. Service Master was contacted by my insurance company when we came home to a broken washing machine hose and a flooded house late at night. They arrived early the next morning and got to work immediately removing all damaged flooring, baseboards, insulation and drywall and loaded the house up with dehumidification equipment. The house was dried thoroughly and completely, abating any additional damage caused by mold.The timeliness, communication, and professionalism of Service Master were impeccable. Especially Vince, who was always punctual, friendly, and flexible to work around my schedule. I highly recommend Service Master for anyone unfortunate to need flood damage control/mold abatement services!

SM works hard to get your damaged property restored. We live in a condo and the next door neighbors unit was destroyed by a fire. We suffered from severe smoke and ash damage. After two weeks, our house has never looked cleaner. Tim, the team leader, went out of his way to keep us aware of all they were doing and kept us updated to plan our return home.
