If I could give 0 stars I would. Mailman didn’t feel like opening the gate to our apartment so he proceeded to move on to the next house. Seems like this might be a recurring theme for post office workers. Called the local post office and was told that he “may” not have had anything which is why he skipped my apartment. Whoever it was I spoke to was no help at all. I find that hard to believe when he came to my gate, didn’t feel like opening it, waved his hand as if he didn’t want to be bothered and skipped us. Why come to the gate if you had nothing to deliver? I am the consumer. Where did the “the customer is always right” go to? I don’t make complaints often and I certainly don’t do reviews often, but this is unacceptable behavior. We all have important letters and documents to be expecting in the mail. I don’t think anyone here would appreciate knowing that most of their mail isn’t being delivered simply because a postman doesn’t want to be bothered with a gate.
I visited it on Saturday September 4th, it was very busy with one clerk taking care of customers, he was very efficient, he kept the line moving. Bravo!
Cynthia the clerk is very rude and lazy on multiple occasions. Does not give exceptional customer service like the other clerk mr brown who works there. She will get very upset and aggressive if you ask for the manager to complain about her service. And then the manager takes her side. The management is bad and Cynthia does not need to be frontline with that bad attitude. I will be taking this to corporate.
Signature tracking package left in mailbox. When I called the post office to have signature tracking clarified, I was informed that the mail carriers were given the option of signing for these items due to Covid. Using Covid as an excuse is getting really old. Isnt it isnt it still forgery if someone signs someone elses name?
Mr Brown is the best. Passport services are eh though. Thank goodness for the USPS.
Mr. Brown(@the counter) is ALWAYS very helpful, pleasant and kind. He gets 5 stars. Mr. Brown is a valuable asset to the MILLVILLE PO. I ALWAYS hope to have him help me. The short blonde lady can be a bit curt and doesn’t always listen to what you ask for. Perhaps Mr. Brown could train the people who work@the counter. He is EXCELLENT!!!
Never had a negative experience here (unlike Pemberton, Trenton, and some other municipalities). The wait time is low, people are friendly and efficient, and its nicer than some post offices.
Great job retrieving a package inadvertently addressed incorrectly! Staff was very helpful and considerate. Thank you!! 😎
They always have problems with my mail. I check my tracking and it says no access to delivery location i live right on 3rd st. and my mail box its literaly next to the road.
The people behind the counter are the rudest!! I will never step foot in there again. Tried to get a passport renewed and they talk with very little knowledge and was told to come at a specific time at 3:30 I showed up at 3:20 and was told she has to run her reports, they were both literally pissed I actually showed up then was told I needed a specific paper which still needed to be filled out. Guy yelled at me like I was supposed to know which paper. If she had told me on the phone I needed it before I went I wouldve been prepared but she couldnt give a rats a** about that and then she yelled too. So I walked out and told them I would much rather deal with people with actual manners not illiterate people. I called Elmer post office and they were much nicer and told me what I needed without even asking. Wont be going there again! Ever
Recently had a staff change. Either that or the workers seem to have gotten nicer because everytime I call I get friendly enough service... Im still scared to go back because of that old lady though.UPDATE: I just decided to stop going in and instead signing up for informed delivery this lets me manage my mail and packages and see what Im getting for the day ahead of time well most of the time or sometimes they dont send it. I just file claims online and wait for a response which takes longer than just calling but realistically nobody was going to wait on the phone for an hour plus for no reason. Now Ive got to say this place has horrible ratings but the people delivering my mail are always nice and friendly when I talk to them and sometimes they start a conversation this makes getting packages way better and UPS my rating for the Post Office. I would really recommend you not go inside because its dead empty in there for a reason its slow and youre not going to get good support unless youre lucky.
I am extremely displeased with this post office. This is the second time one of my packages have gone missing. They say they delivered it and yet on both occasions I was at home all day waiting. I even looked outside every hour to check if they delivered it, and nothing. No one bothers to knock and usually just leave the package on my porch. More money lost because of their laziness and unabiltiy to do the job properly.
My mail keeps being put in the downstairs mailbox. Some I get some I dont typically packages that are not dropped off by my door I never receive. Please mailman put my mail or packages in my box or near my door.I pay for items bc I want them not for some loser who steals peoples mail
Carrier constantly leaves mail that I shouldnt get. Its a hit or miss what time of day the mail arrives. Consistently inconsistent. When you call the post office for help, youre met with a lackluster attitude like you and the mail dont matter. Wow!
Always willing to quickly tell me the delivery date of belated cards.
That woman is so rude!!! The gentlemen are very nice but I always get stuck with the rude blonde lady that doesn’t want to be there and hates humanity.
Definitely not the best service one should expect. Bad attitude people at the counter makes it very a very unpleasant experience, although it has improved some.
The worst post office Ive ever dealt with I swear. I went on 4 different occasions to pick up packages and was not asked one time for ID I couldve been anyone and they just handed them right to me. My home packages delivered to my house no one knocks on the door they just drop it in front of my front door and leave where anyone can just grab it and go smh. I changed my address and it took 7 months for me to start receiving my mail from my previous address.. They obviously need some order in this place.
GREAT SERVICE MR. BROWN IS THE BEST NO RELATION!
Busy office in Millville on a main street. Parking is awkward but not impossible
Some very grumpy workers there who have no business being in any type of customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. The lady at the counter is very nasty to your customers.
I reviewed this post office and my mail service got WORSE!!! Go figure...What goes around comes around!&Never say Never!Gotta love it...
Love all the workers.
Not the best customer service. Need to work on it.
The post men and women keep putting the previous residents mail in our mail box. I spoke to a supervisor and manager about this issue. The problem is not resolved. It is very annoying, and they seem to lack common sense.
Terrible !! second time return my order to seller
Sorry, but the counter people with the exception of one gentleman are extremely rude, dont seem to want to be there, dont seem to want to help anyone, and really should not be dealing with the public.
Nicest workers ever!
