Wish I could give negative stars. They had to of known this review would have been written. They cut my dogs nails too short and she’s been bleeding since we left. The manager couldn’t have been more passive, she said I’m sorry. I had to ask for a refund for the hair cut because she didn’t offer. They are so slow there. Filing a claim. This was done by Laura.

This is another bad PetSmart. I was 10 min late for my dogs appointment and I had to wait in a line bc they only allow one dog at desk first bc of Covid. So after waiting 7 to 10 min at the door, the groomer told me she cant do it since I didnt make it on time. I explained to her that I was only 10 min late but not later due to the fact I had to wait in this long line! She didnt smile or apologize or try to accommodate. She seems like she didnt care. Very bad customer service. Never go here again!!! I bet if they were late to an appointment by 10 min and got cancelled they would be mad too.

Found everything I needed for my puppy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an appointment a week ago, and because I was 10 mins late they ask that I reschedule and I did. The next week on Wed 08/ 08/ 2021. And I was here before time. Get a call at 11 am and was told that they could not cut him but he washed and I would not get charged for it. Come to pick him up and they have cut him up. Long hair here and there some very shirt cuts and head full of hair. This place has bad service.

Their feeder crickets and meal worms are terrible. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping maybe I just got a bad batch, but I ONLY ever get a bad batch.The crickets are always sickly and die before I can get them home (I only live 20 minutes out). And they are WAY overpriced!! I can get three times as many crickets at the bait shop for the same price!The meal worms are always miscounted and are sickly as well. I ordered a 35 count and only got 16. 6 of them were already dead and looked like they had been dead for weeks!Dont waste your money here.

The groomers are so bad. They do a choppy hair cut and will grind your animals nails down to the wick and make them bleed for hours. Then they will ask everyone they know to leave 5 star reviews to cover up what they did. When they do this to your pet they are not remorseful, they all gang together and cover eachother up. So immature and unprofessional

I have taken my chihuahua twice now to petsmart for a bath and getting her nails clipped and my dog loves it and they are all so professional and friendly and I’ll be taking my dog back. It was so easy to make an appointment online and pay for it online and they call you when your animal is done and ready for pick up. My dog loves them too!

It has everything you need for every kind of pet and more. I wish you could interact with the cats a little bit before you adopt them though but all in all its a great place. Has everything you need. Food, toys, collars and harnesses, and a ton of other stuff.

The staff are helpful when you ask questions. Some of the prices are high. Theyll price match amazon which is nice for some things. They always have useful items on clearance or sale.

SHOWING THE SAME EFFORT THEY SHOWED ME.Went to store to pick up 5 fish, and Fish staff was slow to respond to me being there. Asked for some help and was flatly told the person was helping someone else and would be there later. The help I received from the staff was cold. The check out clerk was outside getting carts, twice while he saw me at the counter. Very cold towards me. I will drive 50 miles to another store before I visit this store again.

I would give ZERO stars on my review if possible!! The website for the Milledgeville store says FREE CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE for the grooming salon. I made an appointment for my dog and I even received a confirmation email outlining what to do when arriving for your appointment...call the number on the email for curbside pickup. I called the number and was told that the grooming salon DOES NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP! Petsmart- you wasted my time and permanently lost me as a customer!!!

Great Pet Smart to shop at, a fairly new store, that is packed full of everything you need! A huge fish section with friendly staff ready to help. A beautiful adoption center, with fur babies ready for a great home!

The staff can be helpful if you catch themAt the right time with the right people. The store seems to stay stocked and I have never left without what I went for. Overall it covers its bases without going over. The grooming salon doesn’t seem to be open often.

There were no problems with the service. If I had a question, they would answer to the best of their ability. The pets were so cute and it was just a joy to go there. Kids would love it.

Way too pricey. Some employees just dont have the knowledge I need. My 5 stars goes to Video Bazaar. Its owner operated, they groom 6 days a week. If she doesnt have it she can get it. Otherwise try Amazon

I love going and seeing all the animals. It was very nice of the employees to help me one day during an anxiety attack to allow me to go in with the cats and just sit and pet a few for a few minutes until I calmed down.

I went in yesterday like I normally do to get my dogs food. I asked the manager of the store if she could order a different flavor other than chicken and she basically told me No. I spend at least $100.00 a month in this store. You would think in order to keep customers they would do what they can to please them.

Super selection of reptiles, fish, birds, and cats. Even more vast selection of foods for all pets, especially dog food. Nice pet grooming set up with reasonable pricing. A nice clearance selection too

Bought my baby bearded lizzard King Gizmo from them. Very helpful.

A great shopping experience.. wanted to get started with some fish but had very little information.. Kayti went above and beyond in helping us find what we needed and even educated us on the best ways to see our fish thrive.. that kind of customer service is rare these days.. hats off to you Kayti! Of course they have everything you need but usually at higher prices compared tractor supply or walmart. But they often have good sales. Today we got close to $200 worth of animals supplies for $52 so its always worth stopping by . And sometimes they are they only place that has what you need.

This is for our January 25, 2018 visit. It was our first visit to Milledgevilles new PetSmart. It wont be our last.This PetSmart is large, well stocked, clean well arranged. The people with whom we dealt were friendly and courteous. Prices seemed fair and at least one of the items we purchased were on sale. The parking lot is easy to get into and leave. There is a traffic light at one entrance.We had a very good experience here and will go back.

Not happy when we picked up dog from groomer. She was still damp and ears not brush. Probably wont be back. Not the first time we had problems.

It’s illegal to put items on clearance and lie to customer and say full price is already marked down. This wasn’t something just accidentally put on the rack it was groups of items and every item on the shelves. Train your staff!

Associates are super helpful and friendly. Grooming is absurdly expensive (e.g., a $6 vet service of nail filing is $15+ here), and some items are very overpriced, compared to online and department stores.
