Mental health care is so important and everyone that we have worked with is amazing! My husband was treated like a person and not a number. Dr. Law has a unique way of explaining things so that it makes sense. I very much recommend this for anyone who may need a few screws tightened. 😀

If you would have asked me about rivers edge before the pandemic. I would have said that they was absolutely awesome. But it seems like they have restaffed recently. The new people they have that works the front desk have this nice/nasty attitude, and will ball face lie to you. And make sure you dont rely on there pharmacy. Your medicine will never be right not to mention they no longer have a pharmacy on site. So for those of us who cant run out we are playing Russian roulette every month. Ive been shorted on my medicine 7 or 8 different times Since they changed . Im so close to the edge my toes arent touching the ground....

Worthless lying rude no good help..most patients would be better off quiting cold turkey. You dont need treatment you need to leave the people alone that use, and get people in your life against it. Have some positivity in your life and grow, it wouldnt hurt my feelings if the emoyees at rivers edge had to look for new work tomorrow

Worst place to go to when it comes to wanting something specific. They take you all around the world just to do one specific thing. In the end you realize that its all about the money. They will literally make your situation worst and wont help you with the reason youre here for. Along with being there all day just waiting to be seen. The wait time is ridiculous as well as the staff. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!

If you want to be treated with respect and kindly taken care of, then don’t go here. Everyone there doesn’t care about you or your mental health. The only thing they care about is a paycheck. They are actually the rudest and most selfish people I have ever met in my life. If you don’t want to be traumatized for the rest of your life I would advise you to stay away from this place. I can’t even put into words how mean they were to me and how it affected my mental health. I hope someone that works there reads this and knows that they have not only horribly affected my life but many other college students and friends of mine as well.

Rivers Edge gave me my sanity back....I will forever be grateful to the staff. Thank you God for that place and those people.and btw I get meds and counseling if I wasnt out on the other side of Eatonton...they dont make me attend any classes. That was for if there was also addiction and criminal history..get it right lady..you dont know what your talking about.

Had to change my review this place is for profit it is not for the mental illness people in order to see the Dr are get meds you have to attend classes if you dont attend they put you out they get extra money for people that take the classes it like a jail they wont everybody on shots oconee center is nothing like this place if your love needs real help go to oconee center

Horrible!!!!!!!!! no leadership skills it seems like a welfare to work program

Riveredge was a nice place for treatment until they got off the path of listening and showing compassion and understanding to your problems now they give you these docts who gie you the medicine they think will help you without consideration

They constantly mess up the number of pills youre supposed to get and schedule you appointments so youve missed at-least a weeks worth of medicine. Then tell you its not their problem over the phone when you start getting withdrawal symptoms.
