We receive packages often from Amazon. Our driveway is approximately two hundred feet leading to our front porch. My package today was left leaning against a tree at the top of our driveway. Had my husband not been on his way to work it would surely have been stolen. Yall have one job...

Scheduled redelivery because apparently they couldn’t leave the pack because my dog was outside.. yet we were home.. and had they beeped we would have come out to them.. scheduled to have redelivered 2 days later.. still waiting on it.. and tracking states they haven’t sent it back out today either.. and they let the office phone ring through to disconnect..

Called in and they were quick to figure out location of a lost package. Better than average quality from this usps branch.

The man who is always there has been a kind soul each time. However the woman (white woman, older, didn’t catch a name..) is despicably rude. She ripped a FedEx label of mine as I was under the impression I could drop it off there. When I politely asked her to tape it with clear tape she said “no you can buy a roll of tape”... really ?! The audacity of this woman. Honestly unimpressed as she lacks BASIC customer service skills. I feel bad for anyone who has to interact with her and hope they don’t get treated as I did and leave with a nasty impression.

Waited all evening for my package(that was to be delivered today 11 29 18) to arrive..I received a track notice saying that Delivery attempt Failed..lol..First of all,, My mailbox flag was erected and untouched..No mail was delivered at all..No mail truck came through my area on Dunlap Rd...So why did USPS lie and say delivery attempt Failed...I dont have a lock on my mailbox....WOW usps..Just be truthful and admit that the demand of Black Friday and Cyber Monday week is too overwhelming for your usps drivers. Failed Delivery Attempt ???? .DONT LIEUpdate:11 30 18. NO MAIL Service!!!! Wow

I get the rest of my streets mail because they don’t have a mail box? It’s your job to deliver the mail, not mine.

Randomly decide to not deliver your mail. Packages suppose to be delivered for DAYS and it says they attempt delivery, when they dont or after several days it just says that you can go pick it up yourself.
