ZEROOO STARS!! Wait time is RIDICULOUS!! All the stock is out of date.. They have G-Shock Watches that are older than me.. my mom went to get her ring resized and the ring band was so small it was less gold than when she brought it in.. You have to watch them.. And Miss Terry was the worst of all!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN due to Miss Terry’s attitude!!

I have a battery warranty for one of my Movado watches with Kay Jewelers. I went in to get a battery put in it and was told that because of the Covid-19 virus, my warranty would not be honored. However, if I was interested, she could sell me a new watch. Hmmmmm.....

Bought a ring from them and it needed to be sized, no problem they say, it will take a month. 5 weeks later I get a call that my ring is ready. I send my husband to go pick it up as I work out of town, the ring is the same size. Nothing has been done, the ring is the same size! At this point I just want my money refunded, nope. I have to have the money credited to my acct and then I have to request a check from the bank. WTH? Did they have to jump through these hoops to get the money from me? heck no. This chain has the worst customer service. Avoid Kay Jewlers at all costs.

Possibly the worst service I have ever had. Ive been a customer here for a few years and never had a problem. Suddenly something breaks and needs to be warranted but all of sudden I cant do that but my warranty has been refunded. I have bought and paid for my warranty and even USED it. So how can I possibly refund a warranty. And the only help I can get is sorry thats what my computer says. Closed my account today and will never do business with kays again.

Great customer service every time I go in there.

I really do not want to label the company for the employees lack of professionalism. I made several purchases and each time gets worse than the last. I ordered an anklet in May for Mothers Day and it is now July and still not an anklet. After several calls to the store no one seems to know where the order is. I am so dissatisfied with the service in the Milledgeville store

Great Customer service Very Helpful, Impressed And Satisfied

On Friday, June 1st, my husband, Bobby Darty went into this store to buy me an anniversary present, which was the next day. Bear in mind that he has a Kay card with an $8000 limit. There were two employees that he saw in the store. After waiting until they had finished with the current customer, he expected to be next, as did the gentleman standing with him. When they asked who was next, my husband raised his hand, the other gentleman looked at him as if to verify that he knew my husband was next, but the salesperson looked right past him and motioned a woman that had just walked in to come forward. Of course, my husband then walked out and said he will no longer shop in this store. We will file a complaint with corporate as well. The one star is there only because it wont post without one at least.
