Absolutely the worst business I have had contact with in years.. the customer service is absolutely atrocious and VERY frustrating. If you don’t answer the phone when they call, they will immediately call your emergency contact and tell them it is an emergent situation even if it’s just the insurance company extending your rental for 3 more days.The car was definitely clean, but there was a belt about to go out and I could hear it clear as day so I’m glad I returned it before it left me stranded. I was also not given a full tank of gas (Less than 3/4) and they refused to take it into consideration when I returned it with 7/8 of a tank and refused just cash so I could get to work.I also ended up interacting with an older gentleman named Roscoe who referred to their “not so good” cleaning guy as the N WORD multiple times. This made me very uncomfortable and I refused to speak with him anymore.Everyone in the office was very inconsiderate and I will never recommend this place to anyone who asks. If you need a rental, go to Enterprise or Macon or a dealership- anywhere but here.Edited to add this is not my real name just in case this company comes after me since they were such bullies.

Pretty easy rental service. Make sure to book in advance if possible as I got really lucky with an on-the-spot rental when the other major car rental place in town cancelled my reservation as I was standing in line to pick-up the car. Id give 5 stars except it seemed odd to me that if I got a flat it was my responsibility to repair it and cover the cost, same if there was windshield damage, since those are pretty normal wear-and-tear things when using a car and should be covered - especially since I had to pay an additional insurance fee as my personal coverage wasnt fully comprehensive. But aside from that Id go there again, especially for in-town needs.

Stayed at Scenic Mountain RV Park and rented a car for a few days so we can tour the historic sites in Milledgeville. Staff at U-Save were amazing. They picked up and dropped me off at the RV park. Would highly recommend.

U-Save COST ME more than $$$ EXTREEMLY HASSELING...BULLIED!!!Cant put a price on someones health or a peace of mind. Will never use this company again and wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. Please read about my TERRIBLE experience below...Keep in mind that I live an hour away! After having a not at fault accident, my personal vehicle was put in a local shop and I needed a rental during the repairs. Unfortunately Enterprise could not accommodate me that evening yet offered to give me a ride home. Hind sight I should have taken that offer but U-Save was recommended as being the other rental provider in town. Granted it was just before closing when I contacted them via phone to set up the last minute rental, still the reply was happy to oblige and I thought GREAT! Upon my arrival approximately 5:20pm I provided them with all the necessary insurance claims information they requested from my reputable USAA policy. However when they could not get my insurance adjuster on the phone to set up the direct billing and since they were closing I was told that I could pay out of pocket for the rental or there was nothing more they could do until the next day. As panic set in feeling that I was about to be stranded without transportation that far away from home and totally unprepared financially, I scrambled to provide them with $130 to secure the 1 day rental. They told me this was a discount!? Being single and having a low income it didnt feel much like a discount, it was all the money I had! They assured me that once the billing arrangements were made with the insurance company the funds would be refunded to my card. The next day the billing arrangements were confirmed by the insurance company for the duration of the repairs. That day I received several calls while at work from U-Save and they even contacted my emergency contact leaving messages!? When able I returned their call, they demanded that I return the vehicle they rented me by 5:30pm that very evening with a full tank of gas because it needed to be serviced and further stated they had readied another vehicle to swap me into. Well I could not meet their demands on such short notice, I was scheduled to work plus they had already taken ALL the money I had so that I really had no extra $ for the gas. They treated me like this was my fault!? As the customer I suggested that they could meet me and bring me the car they wanted to swap. They refused throwing up in my face how they had already stayed late for me and given me a discounted rate. Basically gave me a guilt trip in making me to feel like I owed them something? What they were asking was costing me valuable time 1 hour each way and even expected me to cover the gas!? I did what they asked of me. Today we had more difficulties since the rental needed extending due to my vehicles repairs, once again covered by my insurance. I have been experiencing chest pains, lack of sleep from the added unnecessary stress and this has even affected my performance at work! I have never been bullied by a business like this. I am so ready to be DONE with this rental! Truly I would have rather they refused me business than them having put me through this!!! There is NO policy or procedure for them to justify having this many complications.
