I got a refund. The rooms had an awful smell. People live there and hung out. While I was there, the police was called because people were fighting. There were spots on the couch. It looks nothing like the pictures. They have a sign that notes that if you have been in the room over 10 minutes, you couldn’t get a refund. I asked if I needed to check the room first and the attendant told me I could if I wanted to and I did and it was horrible:

Horrible! Dont stay there. First room ac didnt work. Second room ac worked when it wanted to. Toilet was stopped up took maintenance 2 hours to come. Still got stopped up. Key cards were wrong took 5 trips back to office to get right. Then seen roaches walking across the walls. Stay in a tent youll be happier.

My stay was horrible!! I was moved from room to room because of BEDBUGS they were everywhere. There are exposed wires, dirty bed linens and they are way understaffed and they refused to give me my money back.

Horrible place to stay period. Water in carpet soaking water. Had to ask for tv to be put in our room, constant noise people outside the room 24/7 and trying to enter our room and talking loudly day and night.no real Wi-Fi in rooms so avoid this dump it needs closing down.

Cheap 47.00 a night rooms need work

AC was intermittent, no phone, TV didnt work, jets in the Jacuzzi tub didnt work, no extra blankets or pillows for our kids, when approached management wanted to argue about the flaws! Also room was poorly cleaned before our arrival!

I needed quiet and sleep. Got both.

It was horrible. We paid $82 for a suite that had no heat/air, toilet and shower stopped up, and the jacuzzi still had old water with larvae in it.

Disgusting. Booked from out of state for a funeral, showed up and was horrified. No way my family could stay there. Was greeted as if I was bothering the woman at the front desk too. Horrible service, terrifying rooms.

We had an wedding at this motel when we first walked in it was stanky in there it was smelling like someone had used it on themselves and then we left the wedding rings there to go to the brides hotel came back and the ring’s was stolen by employees we also heard people saying money was missing from there room’s and also the employees was calling other guest the b word please do not use this hotel thanks

Really great staff! Friendly manager and front desk. Very helpful and there for any problems that may arise during your stay. Love that its the same rate ALL the time, they dont raise the rate on the weekends vs weekdays and whether you need 2 beds or 1 same price...really goes a long way for a single mom of 2 little girls...Ive stayed in hotels that went up $50+ just bc I had 2 kids with me and the extra bed that was needed. Overall not a bad spot to stay for a few nights.

Please be open to just a place of last resort. They offered me a room and when I got there it was still not cleaned yet. Git a new room and the room was somewhat clean but was still had an order. After a longer stay it was not to bad.

The room was pretty big for a hotel room. It was clean and comfortable for an economy hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

My family loves going there because we get adjoining rooms. The girls have their own and right next door me, daddy and brother have ours. Its a home away from home.

The front personnel demonstrated incomprehensible incompetence!Upon drawing back the quilt I discovered brown and rust colored blood stains on the sheets.The rooms smelled as if the homeless had been using them for a drug party, complete with vomit, and the bathroom was so intolerable I sought release in the nearby woods instead.The breakfast was composed of one Walmart special plastic box of cinnamon rolls and a non functioning juice machine.I have enjoyed every other hotel stay in my life, but this was intolerable. I slept from 4:30 Am to 6:30 am and then decided to find somewhere clean.

Came to the hotel late one night and the front decks was the nicest person Ive have ever seen in a hotel. They helped me get my stuff in the door and it was a great help. The breakfast was great. I will be coming back in the future! LOVE THIS PLACE!

We had to swap rooms when we first got there. because the house keeper never finished cleaning our room that day. The breakfast is mediocre at best. along with having to track down the front desk clerk when I needed more towels, so overall not great. On the other hand the beds were comfortable so they get three stars

Bed bugs. No top sheet. No blankets. Only a bottom sheet and bedspread. WI-FI doesnt connect to the Internet. Had to use Lysol because room smelled musty. Hole in the wall the size of your head.

It is ok. They do have smoking rooms, but have as for 2 days for an ashtray, have yet to of gotten one. The rooms we not the cleanest. If you are looking for just a place to sleep this is your place. It is cheap.

The rooms were well kept, breakfast was available, prompt service and very polite. The rates are very affordable, and competitive. Stayed a week, and got quite a deal. The only problem was the smell of the room I was staying in, very musty, strong enough to be a problem the whole stay. AC unit made alot of racket as well.

Room had like a mildew smell. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Pillow cases wasnt clean. Window curtains had stains on them. Looks like the only thing that was renovated was the TV and carpet. Never again!

Im a contractor here in town. Id rather sleep in my car. Honestly. I left there last week (beginning of augAug) because of cockroaches, and moved over to la Quinta. Guess what came out of my suit cases this morning. Bugs. You guys are disgusting. Youd think with 40 of your family members living there youd have the place ran decent.

Do not stay here, rooms have horrible odor, beds are terrible. Husband booked without reading other reviews. Place is plain nasty.It had a picture of a nice swimming pool which is closed until further notice. We like to swim reason he chose this motel. I have seen nasty motels but this is the worse.

Rooms are not clean.. These rooms have bed bugs.. I suggest finding another place to stay.

The room smelled musty. Bugs was on the lights and crawling on the bed. When I did fall asleep a roach was crawling on my face. I will never stay there again. I confronted the lady at the desk. All she said was Im sorry.

I was so excited on finding this place because Wendy who works there booked my room ahead of time and got the owners approval of me staying til evening time instead of leaving at 11am. I was satisfied with the room. Could use an upgrade though. The housekeeper was banging on my door at 930am even though I had already got approval to stay til the evening because I didnt check in til almost 7am. Then he argued with me about leaving. My biggest disappointment was there was no sign saying the pool was not open and I guess the owners wife came out there yelling at us and asking us what room we were in. If youre not gonna have the pool open then you need to drain the water. The Wendy lady and other desk attendants were really nice but the owners and their family were rude.

Didnt want to give any stars. This was the nastiest and grossest motel Ive ever stayed at. My kids and myself stayed here when Irma hit and we were without power for 3 days. So we had nowhere else to stay the first day but we left early in the morning and went to a different motel. There were roaches everywhere. The lampshades where falling apart. The carpet was old and nasty. The curtains wouldnt close all the way. There was nasty stuff all over the walls. Dead roaches on everything. We laid on top on the covers fully dressed with hoodies on because we were scared something was gonna get on us. We didnt even pull the covers down because didnt know what there might have been under them. Ewww!!! The room smelled awful and was molded and rusted. They ought to burn the whole place down. I dont see how even a good cleaning and remodel would help this place. Its better to sleep in your car than this disgusting place.

We arrived here and was given room 131 I checked beds myself to insure they were clean and found feces from bed bugs in the bed closest to the window and the other found an actual bug in the seam, told the manager and they switched rooms and assured us they were going to close off the room. Then after all of this. They turned around and booked it to a family with a small child. The beds need to be replaced due to being old and falling apart. The whole place needs work.

Nice staff but horrible room. The beds were sunk in and it was a king size with TWO pillows. I asked for more and they said they didnt have any! First they gave me a key for a room and when I walked in it was a unmade bed with trash everywhere. They didnt even know what rooms were clean and what ones werent

I Do Not recommend staying at this hotel. It smells Terrible! (Really BAD) The room we stayed in was quite dirty. Super dusty & found dead roaches in there as well. I have no idea why health inspection havent shut it down. This hotel shouldnt be open, its extremely filthy.

Americas Best is actually Super Inn...which was Super Bad!!! Great Rates but foul smell in room plus dirty fridge & broken hairdryer!?!Pool was good...chipped & broken concrete in pool but saltH2o was refreshing!!!

I only gave one star because it wont let me leave zero stars! Horrible smelling rooms. Its the smell of filth that cant be washed away. We arrived at 3 am while traveling. They still made us pay for a full days stay, and check out by 11am! When we first pulled in, there were obviously strung out people from different rooms opening their doors and coming outside, like they were expecting someone to come give them drugs. Everything inside the room was sticky, like it had never been cleaned. The smell never went away. Worst hotel Ive ever been in. Avoid at all costs

I am not an employee or affiliated with this hotel. It was the worst stay EVER!!! I booked two double beds for my family. There was three of us staying in the hotel. When we first walked in there was a horrible smell as if animals had peed in the room and wet mold. It took a while to get over the smell. One of the beds could not be slept in because all you could smell was pee. Even putting the comforter over the sheets you can only smell pee. There was no clock in the room to set for an alarm and the bathroom floor was sticky. This is not Americas best, it is Americas Worst. I would never ever and I mean never stay at this hotel again. I would sleep in my car first. I told the front desk about the smell and all they could say was I will get on it Right like that was believable. No I am sorry for your stay or nothing. BEWARE BAD PLACE TO STAY!!!

Some of the Staff does not work with you and some get rude with you.Mr Harry is co owner is very helpful and trys to work with you.But some of his staff need more training and learn to treat me as ppl.

Checked in at 3 am woke up at 5 to bedbugs and roaches. Called from the room to tell JT the clerk and he told me to collect a bug for proof and tell the owner at 8 am. I left and went to buy bug spray and other items came back sprayed and decided to go to the lobby with one of the bugs to ask for a new room and was told again by JT I had to wait for the owner. Around 9:30 or 10 I went back to the lobby before leaving and a lady was there that told me JT told a different story than what happened. I asked for a receipt bc I wasnt given one that night and she gave me someone elses information I talk to the owner by phone an he said there was nothing he could do because of what was told by JT... I dont know what kind of place this is but if I was homeless Id rather sleep outside in a tent. I called back twice that day and nobody could give me a refund so I called back the next day and was told no refund after 10 minutes of purchasing the room and I should have changed rooms (was turned down by clerk dummy)..

Filthy, unsafe, rude owners, overpriced and the owner broke into my car and stole my stereo. The owners wife tried to sell me some crack cocaine. I was rushed out of there an hour early and was eaten alive by bed bugs.

Rough area. Probably got drug dealers in the area, seeing as I saw a grumpy Police Officer leaving the premises this morning. Hotel was slightly clean, but not clean enough since nothing really smelled fresh.
