I am beyond sasitified with the repairs on my 97 Honda CR-V. Mr. Norris and his technicians did an extremely well job, his secretary is cool and super polite. I will recommend anyone to take their vehicles to Mr. Norris and his team of professional mechanical technicians.

We went in recently to ask about tires. The lady at the front acted as if we were a bother and was too busy playing on her computer. We are in an economic crises. Small businesses have been impacted, so you’d think customers walking through the door would be appreciated. I try to support small business in our town, but this was apparently not welcome. I’ll try another local business.

Had them replace an engine years ago got a 4k jasper engine which was twice the price of one from advance or auto zone. Said my radiator was leaking when it was the transmission cooler which even I knew that. Said my transmission was good when it wasnt. So they called to tell me I was right when they test drove it. A week after I get my truck back it sounds like the engine is blown so I take back in and Norris told me they were too busy to look at it. They made a thousand bucks in labor and was too busy to fix their mistake. I fixed it myself. I had to look at myself and found that they didnt do the intake manifold gasket correctly. So I replaced it myself. They lost a customer for life over a ten dollar part.

Always does a great job thats why I always come here they are friendly and let you know everything thats wrong before they do the work. I set an appointment and I be in and out with my baby running like new THANKS ONCE AGAIN

Hands down this is the place to get your car fixed.The first time I took my car there based on a recommendation of a local back in 2004. I had continued using them as my main car repair shop until 2008, when I moved out of town. I had been back now for 2 years, and I am glad to have access to a qualified mechanic.Throughout my experience with them I can tell you a couple things for sure:1. They do quality work.2. They do quality customer service.3. They are not the lowest bottom price you can get in milledgeville- but I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.Between my husband and I we got three used cars- and make use of Norris whenever we need to. I can recommend these guys highly.
