I have tried repeatedly to pay my bill with the worst web site I have ever tried to use. I have wasted an hour trying to pay my bill. Why does it have to be so hard? I am not trying to take money just leave it. I was charged a late fee last month because i tried to pay it then and couldnt then forgot about it.Honestly could you make it harder?
