Everything about the service provided for us by Holbrook Mortuary was excellent. They took care of my Mothers funeral 15 years ago, and my Fathers funeral a month ago. I was very pleased with how easy everything was for our family. The few actions that I needed to take, such as contact the the cemetery to make payment for the grave preparation, were clearly communicated to me and easily done. Everyone I interacted with was professional. The services were wonderful. The people were wonderful.

I was touched by the care and courtesy shown to my family after my Granny had passed. The professionalism of the staff was calming.and my Granny looked her wonderful self at the service (which is not always the case, and seeing this meant a lot). I have never been more frustrated with a company that claims to be a service organization. At such an emotional and frustrating time I cant believe that Holbrook doesnt treat the family with any care and respect. I have medical power of attorney and authorization from the only family member who lives out of state, all of which has been signed and stated and called and faxed and given to this facility. Yet, every time I try to get an explanation of when the body will be cremated or when I can pick up, or if I can have a moment before the cremation they tell me no one is available to answer my questions. I have gotten blown off by three employees now. At such a difficult, horrible time the only thing they can do is give information when they are holding the body of your loved one. Shame on you!
