Applied for loan. Took forever. I was then asked to give numerous information only to be told I was denied. They wouldn’t tell me why in store. I had to wait weeks for a definitive reason. Wouldn’t recommend but actually a blessing in disguise because if I got the loan I would have owed them 10x as much by the time I paid it back. Hoodlums!!!!!

The worst customer service ever. And thats not the first time. For some reason check city is well known of bad customer service. My family went today to send money overseas to our family member and they had the worst experience. This is not the first time thats Check City provide the worst customer service. I had issues with multiple check Citys location in the past. I dont suggest you to be a customer of Check City. If you looking for a good customer service Smiths provide this customer service with cheaper prices would faster process.

Very efficient and speedy with paperwork processing. Courteous employees. Convenient location.

What I think makes check city better than other places is they do money orders for free.

The worst experience ever I had in my life. This store they have the rudest employees in the industry. The worst place to be in because they dont even train their employees to have the commons conversations they always rude aggressive and they dont have a logic. Who won today with my mother and and there was a rude crew customer representative she was very rude and not nice she was fighting with us I dont know why. I called for a manager and the manager didnt want to show up what kind of business is that?

This should be the last resort to get any money. Interest rates are way too high. They dont report to any of the credit bureaus so it doesnt help your credit all!

This should be your last resort to borrow money because of high interest rates and they dont report to credit bureaus. Youll end up paying double the amount you borrowed.

Went here one time because my usually Check city was farther than I wanted to go (west jordan) they were really nice and helpful and got me my loan quickly. It was a good experience.

Money makes the wife happy. Wife happy, me happy. My only destination when i needa conjure a happy wife from a piece of paper.

Ive been cashing checks at this location for over a year. I receive Great service every time! If there is a wait the staff always apologizes and makes sure I leave happy. The best part is I referred a friend there for a Loan, and Check City sent me a Netspend card pre-loaded with $50!!
