While the treatment overall may not have been as successful as one would hope, Success TMS in Milburn really made the process worth it regardless. The staff is extremely friendly and they truly care about the well being of their patients. They strive to make you feel comfortable during the daily treatments and will answer any and all questions you may have.

I highly, highly highly recommend going here for treatment, I absolutely loved all the staff there, everyday, I had my ups and downs, and anyone that struggles with depression and anxiety knows what that is like. They were always understanding, and always welcoming, my tech MEL! was absolutely awesome, there isn’t enough space to write how much of a great person she is as a treater and a person. I’ve been through a lot of counseling through the years, and I honestly don’t think I’ve had counselors that have been as genuine and understanding and patient as the staff at this location at success tms in cherry hill. Thank you so much.

I’m kinda bummed it’s over, even though some days I didn’t want to go. Have to thank Deanna Patrizio for doing a great job . Made me feel very comfortable with going forward with the treatment. Also, big thanks to my treatment provider LeeAnn Smalls! Leeann I’m going to miss chatting. Made some treatments fly by. And to the rest of the staff... Thank You very much!!

I had a great experience! The only thing I wont miss is the hour drive to get there, lol, otherwise I will miss my treater, Marisell and all the friendly ladies and Sam - I recommend this to anyone who has struggled with anxiety and depression.

I could not be more pleased with the results of my therapy. TMS really works! And the team was fantastic. Amanda has been a fantastic technician with my treatments. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

My treater Amanda was fantastic, kind, and amazing to talk to everyday. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to be understood. Amanda was very professional and took pride in her job. Overall, my experience with TMS was helpful and I hope to continue to see results in my life.

My husband and I enjoyed going for treatment at the Millburn NJ location.. The entire staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs, My TMS treater Leeann was outstanding! Her attentiveness and empathy to my needs during treatments were wonderful. I definitely feel better since finishing my last treatment. I look forward to seeing the Millburn staff again for follow up appointments.

I gave them a check and they still billed me that I didnt pay them. They said they would call me back but could not take me in if a previous prescriber used schizophrenia as a medication form. Its hard to get rides over to Millburn. I couldnt find my way into the appointment. I got a call about an appointment I canceled and had to call them back.

Staff is the worst. They made promises they did not keep and found them to be rude even before we started. I took half a day off from work to be told they couldnt map because of my medication. I needed to be off it for 24 hours. Why didnt anyone check that BEFORE I got there. Made a second appointment for the end of the day because I knew and told Dr Sam that I commute and the train would not get me there on time. He swore up and down he was making special arrangements to stay late for me. Guess what he couldnt wait because he had someplace to be. Why lie??! Just do it on a day you can stay late. Am I right?! So unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this location,. This is so typical of mental health industry. Very disappointed but not shocked.
