Took my 15M old son yesterday. Giving it 4 stars because that place is super small. They are super busy, during covid times should be a lot less people. I recommend Dulce for all kids. She was really sweet, helpful, and super gentle. Would go back just for her!

The lab corp workers are as always efficient & polite. Outside of lab corp in medical office space, we saw 2 workers in scrubs scurrying around hard at work with NO MASKS! Stunning in New Jersey where the virus is currently surging.

There this spanish women who is very nice at first but then when you call her out on a mistake then she turns the table on you and is very rude and disrespectful been here many years and for me to get this treatment

I took my daughter to the Millburn location. She has not been feeling well and needed blood work. I scheduled a pediatric draw and the moment we arrived, the staff member was unfriendly. As she was preparing the supplies I noticed that she did not have a pediatric butterfly kit. I asked her if she was going to use one and she said no she didnt need to. She hadnt even looked at her veins yet. My daughter started to cry a little because she is terrified of needles so I asked the technician to please use the butterfly. She rolled her eyes and said that theyre the exact same sized needles but if I wanted one fine. For kids, getting blood drawn is a scary experience and she did nothing to comfort her or ease her fear. She was not accommodating and we could have done without the attitude. We wont be going there again...even if it is less than 5 minutes from our house. So disappointed.

Have teenage daughter who is petrified of needles. Practitioner was patient, understanding, and helped calm her down enough to have blood work done. Could not praise her highly enough. Would definitely return here if further work is needed. Thank you so much.

Went here for a routine test and the lady at the front desk with the Afro (Aliya)was very rude and short with me. It was just her and one other staff member working and I was the only one there so it was not busy at all. They acted as if they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was a bother to them. I’m highly disappointed with this experience as I didn’t expect it from this location based on its’ previous reviews. I will not go there again and don’t suggest anyone else go if you want a pleasant experience. They need to retrain the staff on the importance of customer service.

I’ve been to 5 Lab Corp’s in NJ. This is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff in the state. No other lab even comes close. I drive 30 minutes just to have my tests done there the past 7 years.

Dingy facility. My daughter got a serious blood infection after having routine bloodwork done at this site. We will never go back

I normally go to Lyndhurst Labcorp for bloodwork but after a VERY poor experience the last time due to rushed service/venipunctures (see Google review on their page), I sought out a different location hoping for a better outcome. Aliya (apologize if spelling is incorrect) and team made me feel comfortable during my three hour glucose test, ensuring that my labwork was completed with care after I informed them of what happened previously. Would recommend this location over any of the others in the North Jersey area, worth the extra drive. Thanks again!
