Pump didnt work well. No problem. Accept, after pumping my own gas for 35 years. The guy thought he should blame the problem on me. Like I didnt know how to pump gas. I shown him where it was broken. But he still claims its not. This is commonly known as cognitive dissidents. As consumers, we cannot accept that treatment.
Really bad experience! I went to pick up the U-Haul truck that I had reserved online and the person at the counter was disrespectful and lashed out at us. He didn’t even look at our eyes while explaining the situation with the truck. His name is Rob Baker. I don’t know if this was a bad day for him but he had a terrible experience. Also, he didn’t even have a mask on.

Nice dishonest old man behind the counter charge me 66.00 dollars in fuel and extra travel miles but I had photo of dashboard and called customer service and got refund.Bad Santa experience,Lol
The workers here are very nice. There are other reviews that says the older man is rude but he is merely brusque. There is also another review about an employee being rude by asking them to help fold the coverings they rented. There is a prominent sign inside the trucks that state a fee if the coverings are not folded so this employee was merely trying to save them money, not rude at all. I rented a truck for 2 days and found that they only charge by mileage. They may charge by the day if you need it longer. Ive been to other uhauls where an extra day means an extra fee. Will definitely be returning to this location next time I need a truck.

I ordered a van over the phone with no problem. After returning the van, I called the next am to get clarification of the charges. The worker was rude, proceeded to tell me that I should already know that and acted as if I was bothering him. Zero customer service skills. He actually hung up on me. When I called back, I got the answering machine. He needs to learn, the customer is always right! Without customers he wouldnt have a job!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I reserved a truck a week in advance only to find out they had not set up my order. Not other places in the area had a truck, so I was SOL. Thankful Penske was able to accommodate me. Seriously, dont risk it, these guys are awful and dont deserve your business.
The worst dealer I used, I chose him because he was closest to the airport, I thought I would save time, but that was not it. I brought a 26-foot truck on which I came from San Diego. The man said that we should unload all the rented blankets and dolly, there were 50 blankets! in no u-haul office they were never asked to unload anything. I again sweated and dirty my hands. But thats not all, the manager began to call where to find out, in the end he could not even print a check and documents. I lost 20 minutes and spoiled my mood. And of course Ill write a review and leave a claim on official u-haul.

This store has been open for a long time. The small storefront is not clean and tidy. There is only one old man there. Maybe there are too many new things. The old man can’t figure it out. Yesterday the company ordered the car online and went to his store to pick up the car. The old man left. The right lane just didn’t work, and finally kicked me to another store, which delayed me a lot of time. I hope the head office can have more training in the head office.
