Diva nail has been my go-to salon for 3 years. Very clean facilities with nice staff.

I love Diva Nails! The staff is always very friendly and do a great job. It can get busy so make an appointment if you don’t want to wait but they usually accept walk-ins. The salon is very clean and spacious and they have a great color selection for polishes.

Diva Nails is such a great salon. They have excellent customer service and truly take their time with your service. They have done a great job making sure everything is clean and safe for their customers. I highly recommend this place

Worst place I have ever visited!Went 3 times to ask about acrylic nails. Lady at the front was never friendly. Well I thought she might be busy or could only her tough and if I let someone else do my nails will be better in action. Before I went for 3rd time I called and made an app but when I got there in time same lady said wait and I decided to do pedicure. Pedicure was even worst. Lady filled the water and let my feet get wet a second and pulled them out. And just started chopping all cuticles. I asked very nicely can you do it a little more dipper clean. She kept saying “got it! “ but in reality she ignored all my comments. Make story short The color she applied was so bad. Edges were touching my terribly cut cuticles. And we’re running all over around my nails. I asked to remove it and had to go to another place. they made pay full 25$ for pedicure. That’s not a problem. I was going to pay a double if they do a good job. I always leave same amount tip. Their lost! Another thing they were talking on their language while I was paying and everybody stared at me. No no no!Do a better job!Be nice to people!Ps noticed they were super nice to some other ladies. I was so confused! And then it hit me maybe I am Asian 🤷🏻‍♀️ but not Vietnamese like them? Anyways don not waist your time!

This place is always busy and Im aware if I walk in Id have to wait but everyone is always kind and friendly. When its my turn it never feels rushed despite there are other customers waiting after me.

Walked in and they were very friendly. Since I needed to wait for 20 minutes decided to make an appointment. On my appointment day I waited 3 minutes and had very relaxed and good experience. My nails were taken care off and very friendly staff. I will go back .

I was able to walk in without an appointment and only had to wait 20 mins. I was taken care by the owner who fixed a bad nail job from another salon. I must say that they look pretty good.💅 Not only did she save my nails but she was also super friendly and has a pleasant vibe. Ill definitely return. 😊

They do get busy but definitely worth the wait. Super clean, great selection for polishes.

Made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure today. I came in on time but had to wait 45 minutes to get started on my nails. It took them 2.5 HOURS to finish my nails while walk-in customers were served without hesitation and their nails were completed in an hour! I will never go back to that place again! Beware.

Stopped by while i was on vacation to get a mani pedi, excellent service and hospitality. friendly staff and was able to walk in without an appointment. I would recommend this to anybody who happens to be in Milbrae. Regarding the previous low review, I was told that the place was under new management and is now in a better place

I’m not going back to this nail salon. I came in this past weekend at 6pm, so near closing time (7pm). And I wanted a new set of nails because I had my old ones for about 3/4weeks. So it was already growing off & my real nails weregrowing under, so it has just gotten gross & ready to change. I asked the lady for a new set & she tries to tell me the nails I have already are still ok & to just change the color. &I was like “uhhh no I would like new nails” (like don’t tell me what when I already told you what I would like, didn’t say this though). Then she continues to remove my old nails too hard. It hurt, felt like I had bruises on my fingers afterwards, you know that throbbing type pain. But I was just thinking I don’t got time for this, imma just bare with it & not come back here anymore. So over all, it was rushed & just bad service. I just thought it was rude.I get your almost closing & probably tired from a long day, but it is still unacceptable .
