Staff are courteous but the line to the counter can be long most of the day. Great place for just dropping off your mail. If you have to use the terminal, you may have to get in line, too. The good thing in this area is that there are UPS and Fedex offices not too far from this USPS station.

Very poor service. No respect for Customer’s time. USPS has to work on their human resource.

I’m so old school with stamps and completely clueless with the self-service machine. So the staff member next to the door helped me stick on the machine printed stickers. She even opened the letter door for me. It was 3 mins before closing time, but she took the time to help me with baby steps. Keep it up!

Went in to ask (nicely) whether I can use priority mail boxes for first class mail. Yes, I really did not know whether I could or not. Only to get rude responses from the lady behind the counter.This place was so much better before. A gentleman came and explained the details to me. I just needed to ship a package and wasn’t sure which boxes I could/should use...If you can, go to a different branch.Better yet, use a different shipping service.

Unbelievably fast to process a parcel. I mailed it out yesterday morning at Orangevale, Sacramento and by noon today it has been delivered at Millbrae residential location. This is the third time. My sincere appreciation goes to everyone involved to provide such a great service. Thank you so much.

Nice post service. All people was very nice, they gave me free box for my non standard thing. Nice lady tryed to help with all ways.

Isabel was absolutely amazing 10/10! She was so helpful and had the best attitude ever :-) I was one of those awful customers you hate to be stuck behind bc I had to send SO MANY packages (around 30) but she was genuinely hospitable and so kind and patient!

Poor management. Always understaffed.

I shipped a package to Canada and it ended up getting reported as an incorrect address. I checked 4 times on my end before shipping. The clerk however did not check for errors upon printing of the label and some of the numbers were put down with the wrong spacing. This location didnt bother checking if it was a real address and shipped it anyways. Completely unacceptable by any standards.

Its one of the only places to use the electronic post office and drop off. Every time I have come here the people have been more than friendly besides the airport post office this is one of the best ones.

Maybe just lucky enough to meet a friendly and patient lady help me today.

It took a week to get mail to Hayward and a week to get back, there’s something wrong with the mail to take that long we’re just talking about envelope. Terrible!

This is the absolute worst postal service Ive ever had in the bay area! Sent out baby invitations over 2 weeks ago 4 people out of 35 received !!!

I made an appointment to get a passport. This place says they can take your picture for you so I did not bring one with me. When I got to this location they told me their camera was broken so they couldn’t process any of my paperwork.Complete waste of time, no sympathy for wasting my time and zero customer service skills at all.

The lady supervisor/manager was so rude to customer and her coworker in that office.

Almost all of my packages do not get delived to my house. Then cant locate where they were delivered despite being scanned at drop off.

I dont know if they can work even slower. There was only one person in front of me and it took 40 minutes to serve

They have different kinds if packing supplies, cards and stamps.

The branch manager went out of her way to resolve an issue. It was resolved the same day. Couldn’t be happier. Call earlier in the day before they get really busy.

Just good to know where I can mail in Millbrae.
