These are some really helpful, honest folks at Ottos. They ended up giving me advice which allowed me to fix my dishwasher on my own!My experience: my dishwasher was clogged and Ottos is one of several Bosch dishwasher authorized repairers (the best rated one, too). I called them and the friendly guy on the phone make a best effort to squeeze me into a busy schedule. In addition, he gave me a ton of helpful tips to diagnose the issue and potentially fix it myself. These tips allowed me to check a part of the dishwasher I didnt think of check, which allowed me to unclog and fix the error myself without the repairperson needing to come by. Obviously them giving me these basic tips doesnt make the business any money, so Im really, really grateful they took the time on the call to help! Ill definitely use them next time for future repair needs.

We called Otto’s to repair our 14 year old Thermador microwave oven. Joe was the tech. He came out to our house in Redwood City, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned about 10 days later to make the repair. Great service - now we will get more years of service out of our appliance. Recommended to all.
