We purchased the California Sexual Harassment Training Classroom License for both managers and employees. The content of the video was very good and our managers/supervisors were very engaged; however, the training manual did not match the video, and one of the sections of the video didnt work at all. Further, the training video ran 3-1/2 hours, much too long. When I contacted Kantola with these concerns, they fixed the issues and even offered me a full refund. As this training session comes in multiple video sections, I was also able to shorten the training down to 2 hours by only using some of the most important pieces of the video. Didnt like my experience with kantola. I had to get three different links, none of them worked. Everytime I tried to log on it was a hassle. They need to make the whole website more user friendly, and easier. Just my opinion.
