I was staying in the area for a few days and decided to get a manicure in my free time.The ladies at Rosemary Spa were so welcoming and friendly. I didn’t have an appointment, but thankfully they were taking walk-ins. If you’re ever in this area, I highly recommend this place!

Top service. Top design. Top everything! The entire experience was so relaxing and pleasant from the moment I stepped in the door all the way through the end of my wellness journey. The staffs were well trained! They shared with me all the nontoxic ingredients they use, the mission behind the salon, and walked me through the services I booked and whats included. Ive been in Mill Valley for many years and have never settled on a salon, but I can finally say Rosemary Spa is by far the only salon that have won my heart. Ill be a forever customer!!!

I’ve been coming here fir a long time now and they are always so nice. I love that they autoclave their instruments so I know I won’t get any weird infections and I really love the massage that comes with my weekly manicure! Definitely a treat!

Had a really good experience here; the only reason that theyre not getting five stars is because they put my shoes back on me before my nails were dry and it smudged my big toe. I didnt notice until later in the day when I was at my friends memorial or I would had gone back in to get it fixed. I will be going back but I also will be checking the work to make sure that money else are dry and not smudged.I got the basic mani pedi with a nail wax and spent like $95 including tip. I feel like thats not only a really good deal for Marin they its a really great value for what you get although in retrospect, I should have given a little direction on what I wanted with my eyebrows because I walked out of there with very thin 90s eyebrows. They look really nice but its taken a little getting used toRosemary spa has massage chairs so you can enjoy the kneading on your back while youre getting your pedicure. The basic pedicure includes warm mango lotion, hot towels, and really through calf and foot massage. If youre getting a manicure, the workers put their hands under your clothes to give a proper massage so wear something comfortable (I was not) and it will be one of the best experiences of your life.

I just went to Rosemary spa. They got new massage chairs and they are fantastic. The service was wonderful. Attention to details and always checking in to see if I amOk. Holly was great. She has strong hands and gave a wonderful neck and foot massage.The store and nail utensils are clean. Huge selection of nail polish options as well.I am coming back for sure!

Manicure was fast - maybe 10 minutes. Hardly any more than if I painted my own nails. Nail tech was downright rude. There are so many other places in town, won’t be coming back here.

Been coming here for the last two years since I moved to tam valley. Always a great gel mani and they even give complementary back massages with your mani/pedi!! Best place for a self care day.

At first it was very nice, then they got busy...my nail tech, left me and started doing another womans feet. I asked ant it and she said my toes needed to dry, b4 she does the top coat, (Yea right) the iwner came ovr aftr 15 min to finish my nails

My daughters and I have been going to Rosemarys Spa for a few years now, but today was the last straw. We walked in (dont ever call for an appt because they dont schedule them, one of them just answers the phone and says yes come in.) and asked for mani/pedis. We were told to pick a color and seated in a timely manner, soaked for a few minutes and we both started to get our pedis. My pedi was started and finished by two different people (not a fan of this but quite common)and then another person started my mani and the other two moved on to work on two other guests who arrived as walk-ins after my daughter and I. I noticed my daughter wasnt getting her manicure done. I mentioned it to one of the other ladies, they discussed and one of them started the mani. Now, Im done with both and waiting under a nail dryer for 10 mins waiting for my daughter to get done and the client next to her is done with a mani and pedi!! I notice my daughter has white paper on 3 of her nails. She was bleeding! I realize it happens but 3 fingers on one hand?!! She even told me after that they squeezed lemon on them and it stung so badly. I get the lemon thing is part of there mani service to get the oils off the nail bed before polishing, but really??? Not after cutting the client. Ouch! Talk about going through the motions.We finally were done and I mentioned the fact that others were done before us and that she was cut a few times. Her response, So Sorry. Not, Can I comp your daughters manicure or let us give you a free brow wax etc. Nope, she said, Thatll be $90. Well you lost a family of three as clients today and I should have done this a long time ago. Spend a little more $$ or not and frequent a place where quality is more important than quantity. I gave 2 stars for convenience.
