Neil and Fiona were amazing! They were our photographers and videographers for our wedding day and they made our day that much more special. Our wedding was much more DIY compared to a traditional wedding which worried me at first, however, Neil and Fiona were very adaptive and knew what to do, all the angles, and directed us in a way where we felt comfortable and confident. Their skills and creativity were impressive in such a short amount of prep time and they were always so professional and courteous with us. We 100% recommend Neil and Fiona to anyone as they will take good care of you!

We were very pleased with the video that MXBloom made of our wedding day. Neil and Fiona spent a lot of time meeting with us beforehand and through a questionnaire to learn about us as a couple and what we were looking for.We had a very small wedding, so it was important for us to capture the ceremony for people who could not attend in-person. They did a beautiful job piecing together our vows and capturing the spirit of the day. We very much enjoyed working with them.

Neil and Fiona took photos for our 2019 family Christmas event and the photos are beautiful and memorable. I loved working with them.First, they were great communicators. Rather than overwhelming me with their ideas, they listened carefully about what I liked and how I wanted the photos to be done, and then implemented their professional insights. They took their cues from my own ideas but were able to add things that I wouldn’t have thought of.Second, they were punctual and came prepared with all the possible equipment for my shooting. As we were setting details up for the shoot, their responses were always prompt so that there were no surprises or issues with getting everything done in the session we had scheduled.They are also very conscientious and patient. Neil took the time to adjust the lighting and find the ideal angles for each of the shots. I never got the feeling that he was settling for something that he didn’t truly think would be excellent, or that he was going through the motions or settling for “good enough.” They are true perfectionists who set their expectations high rather than allowing any of their work to be mediocre.Lastly, I was impressed with the quality of the actual product we received, the color and the tone of the photos. There’s no doubt, when I compare the photos they took of us with the photos I take on my I-phone that something is significantly different. The clarity, the color, the lighting, the detail—I don’t know all the technical terms to use, but my eye tells me that something there’s something qualitatively different about the photos I got from Neil and Fiona. They seem to have captured the tone and feel of the moment, not just the images.I offer them my hearty recommendation. You won’t be disappointed!

Not all that impressed only liked 5 out of the 100 engagement shots. Waste of money really. He didnt really know what he wanted us to do it was like the blind leading the blind. Glad we had a different photographer for our wedding because now I know what a good photographer is like and it was not Mx bloom.

Neil and Fiona went above and beyond our expectations at our Seattle wedding. They were everywhere at once and not intrusive at all, capturing the most intimate moments between family and friends, and with a beautiful eye for our ceremony, which was not typical. Their photos reflect a true artistic point of view, the framing is gorgeous and they caught so much emotion and expression in people in their candid photos. We also loved the ability of the two of them to capture both wide and telephoto angles of the same moments, giving us a full range of impressions of these unforgettable scenes. I was very happy with the color and contrast in their editing as well! On top of all of their skills they are just beautiful people, very discreet, kind and loving. I never felt that they were in the way or pushing their ideas onto us. My husband is a photographer and he was very impressed by the composition of their photography and their ability to capture moments and tell stories in such detail. We highly recommend this team for any event that you want to remember as if you were there, in living color.

Neil was awesome for our wedding! I found him via the Facebook group and loved the gallery on his website. What sold me was how responsive and friendly he was via email and the fact that he offered printing rights to the digital images versus many of the photographers I researched who require you to purchase all of your printed images through them. He answered every question I had, even before I asked. On the day of the shoot, he was super friendly and warm and so easy to work with. We just got our pictures back and I am obsessed! We will treasure these pictures forever and I am so grateful to him for helping us capture such a special moment in time. I wholeheartedly recommend Neil for your wedding. He will take such good care of your day and provide you with priceless memories to last a lifetime.

Hospitable, professional, respectful and talented!!! We planned a destination wedding in Seattle in three months and were blessed to find MXBloom Films via Facebook. We could not have been more happy with the process and the end result. Neil was incredibly responsive and thorough as we planned through all the details via email/phone and made our wedding day absolutely seamless. Their team was at the venue early and had already captured so much before we even had to ask for anything. We had given them a list of photos in advance to make sure we didnt miss anything and they delivered with those and so much more.I work in luxury hospitality and would recommend them to anyone in the Washington area that is looking for quality photography and film to capture the emotions of your event/wedding/family. We hardly noticed they were recording the most memorable moments.
