WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I waited over 20 minutes to get hung up on!

We have tried recording an episode of Chad twice now and both times the recording is begins 5 - 8 minutes into the episode! Please fix this!!!!

Weve been loyal customers for years now and have always been satisfied but in the last month, we have lost a major station (CBS) and have received no satisfaction. I called and customer service gave us a lame, one-time only $5.00 credit but I just want my channel back. Im paying for this station and not receiving what Im paying for. We are now looking for other viewing options.

I have been dish customer for many years but lately they are not taking care of the customer service, very bad customer service. I had to cancel my service.

I have a friend who got dish and they said they would send them a 300 Visa card and havent seen it. How is that work. Lie to the customers to get there programs 😔🤐😔🤐

I ve been with Dish for at least 5 years! But for the last 2 months, after I pay my bill in Full with autopay. They have gone into my account in the last 2 months to take extra $$, the customer service representative tells me its a DISCOUNT!! What the hell? Just because the World is in a PANDEMIC. Doesnt give you the right to take extra money from me!! I loss both of my JOBS!!

Wish I could give it one star. On hold for an hour for customer service. Rented a movie, it just goes blank midway through, can’t find it in my rentals, only way to watch it is to rent it AGAIN. As usual, forever waiting for someone at dish to answer customer line. Their equipment fails almost daily- just turns itself off, skips to end of recorded shows, it’s driving me crazy. Can’t wait to switch to some other service.

Was told I could use the dish anywhere app on my roku tv. After I signed up they are now telling me I cant. I needed it for my wife who has RA. Now Im locked into a 2 year contract.

Dish issues you unwarrented charges but they cant produce a financial contract to justify those charges. RUN, dont walk, away from Dish.
