Very disappointed with the Mill Creek Clinic.Took g-son at 2pm yesterday (9/26) but was told there was a 3 hr wait even though I was the only car there. He needed a Covid n Mononucleosis test due to his parents Positive test results on 9/25.Ended up at Lake Serene Clinic today(9/27) and after a swab n blood draw waited only 30 mins to get his results. Great caring staff that I highly recommend
For a short lab visit of barely 30 minutes, they charged me almost $650+ to be diagnosed what I have already guessed myself by researching on Google. Let alone, it was taken care by a nurse practitioner, not a physician. They also sent my lab bill to two separate debt collection agencies for a duplicated bill that I have already paid earlier. Should a patient failed to respond to a physical mail due to changing addresses, send them an email before attempting to destroy their credit score during the pandemic. If you are looking for a caring nurse practitioner/physician, please save your money and go somewhere else where people actually look out for you. I am extremely disappointed in myself for not doing proper research in the first place!
I visited this clinic twice in the past few weeks for the same symptoms. The first time I went, Dr. Tranh and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Everyone communicated well, was kind and helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Tranh clearly communicated following steps and made me felt listened to.However, the second visit was completely different. It seemed professionalism had been totally thrown out the window and that the staff decided to have an off day. I was left alone, the lab techs forgot about me for a while and I was finally taken down the hall to see them bc they wouldnt come to the room for some reason. Twice when I left the room there was a group of people (staff? they had tags on but werent dressed as med staff) were conversing, blocking the hall and talking disparingly about patients. My interaction with Dr. Gibson was awful. She made light of my symptoms from the moment she entered the room. When I asked her sincerely for help in deciding whether to come back for similar symptoms in the future she told me she couldnt, but continued to make me feel ridiculous for coming in (actually said, if I was an older man with my symptoms, it would be different but as a young woman, she wasnt worried about me). I realize that gaslighting is and has been a serious problem in the medical community, but I feel this case was particularly heinous coming from another young woman. I personally feel that any doctor in 2021 who isnt aware of the dangers of this type of behavior should have remediation at the least.
Do not go here, had been billed for a service that the doctor did not do and they are not willing to change it. Doctor wanted to find out the bacteria from a small pus, and all he did was poking the spot with a needle and took out some of it before putting it into a tube before sending it to the lab. The billing charged me for the service of cleaning for $355. The doctor did not said anything to me being bill extra for a service that he initiated. Be careful and make sure to reject any service the doctor performs on you, otherwise, you will be billed with additional service without you knowing it.
I wouldnt come here unless absolutely necessary. I waited for almost 3 hours to see a doctor.
Always great customer service.
Walked in and the kid next to me clearly had Covid. I mean like he couldn’t breathe, was sniffling, coughing, gasping for air. Would have left sooner, but it seemed like it was an allergic reaction or asthma (before the sniffling) until the mom said it started the day before.Guess I’ll see how well my vaccine worked.
I accompanied my daughter to a neuro-doctor visit. I was asked to leave and wait in the car while another person was waiting for their partner’s appointment and they were NOT asked to leave the waiting area. Such discriminatory behavior confuses everyone. Also they do not limit elevator exposure? Other clinics allow 1 group at a time? Here, they don’t seem to care what exposure happens in the elevator !? I was IN the elevator and people just piled in... i had to exit and wait for another, even tho I was already in the elevator waiting for the door to shut. Severely disappointed in the treatment of their patients.
I made new patient/wellness appointments for my kids and received a letter in the mail saying one of my kids missed their appointment and I could be charged for it, but the date they had listed was the day that I called to make the appointment, and my other kid still had their appointment on the correct day. I called and got it corrected and the nice lady on the phone told me if my kids get sick or had a fever on their actual appointment day to call and let them know and they could do virtual appointments or have me wait outside, she said there were options. My one year old had a mild fever & threw up the night before her appointment, so I called and explained and the woman told me they would not see my one year old and I’d need to cancel but could still bring my other kid in. So they wouldn’t see my one year old or make any effort to help me get her help, they said due to covid. They just told me to cancel her appointment and I could make another one in 2 weeks. So I canceled them both and will not be returning. I can’t review the doctors because we haven’t been seen, but the staff needs to get on the same page.
Customer Service isnt much to be desired. The Doctors I feel, now a days, dont try to get to know their patients. They just want to do what they need and move on, like your a in a herd of cattle. I miss the days when Doctors cared for their patients, you dont get that here.I use the portal to set up my appointments, when I pick a day and time, they just email back and say, We dont have anything available for that day and then thats that. They dont bother letting you know what days they DO have available. Its hard to find good doctors.
Waited 5 days for the results on a test that the doctor said they would be running. Called them repeatedly and was told a nurse would call later in the evening with results day 5 came and they never called. Called them again and waited on hold for 27 minutes with 4 different people, just to find out, oh oops they never ran the test in the first place. Will NOT be returning for future visits.
The worst experience...EVER!!!!!!!! I called to make an appointment due to symptoms I was having they instead I come in the same day. I have currently been waiting 2 hours to be seen (check-in to waiting in room) and still have not been seen. If it’s important enough for me to leave work and come in then it should be important enough to be seen quickly.
The reception staff was very nice. Didn’t have to wait very long before I was called in. Between the two nurses and the doctor I saw they were all extremely respectful and caring. They even had a good sense of humor. I had a great experience.
I love the Everett Clinic Mill Creek! Ive been using the Everett Clinic for over 13 years and I think this is their best location. P.A.C. Jody Friday is amazing! She was at the Silver Lake location in 2013 and stitched up my finger. Today at the Mill Creek location she helped me with an animal bite that wasnt healing up properly. I think the nurse Jacob is terrific too though. The lead receptionist has also been very kind and helpful over the past couple years. When I went today there was an hour and 15 minutes wait time which was listed on their website and it was still worth it. I have yet to meet anybody there that I dont think is great. I dont understand the negative reviews.
Don’t waste your time, not professional at all, the quality of service is below average.
Pre registered over the phone and was told there would be a fifteen minute wait. 2 yes 2 hours later I am still waiting to see the doctor. Very nice people but very poor service.
We love this office and have been coming here for years. The doctors, nurses and staff are always thorough, kind and campassionate. Yesterday I had to take my daughter to Urgent Care and she received the best care, especially by our nurse, Warren, who was amazingly understanding of her phobia of needles, and did everything possible in advance to make sure he perfectly placed her IV the first time -- especially as she was very dehydrated. Thank you guys!!!
This place acts like a gatekeeper to the whole building- making you wear their masks and take your temperature. Even if youre not a patient for this particular clinic they try and force you to wear a mask of their choosing. There were girls working there today that were rude towards me and made it so I was too late to grab my paperwork I needed from a clinic (NOT related to their company at all). I had a face covering and they delayed me because of their requirements that I dont even have to follow. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Lab Services complain, I never had any problems so far, but I came on 2-11-20 for my Blood Test but look like the tech who drew my blood made so big blue bruise in my Rt arm. I mention to her earlier that I have tiny Vein so pls use Baby needle. I am requesting to mill creek clinic pls dont keep inexperience tech. I think her nameYen or some thing, Im not sure u can look on that day who was working. Its very painful for paitent.
Avoid coming in here for the walk-in clinic. They will tell you that the wait is only so long. I was told 30 min wait, which now I’m waiting 1 hour and 30 mins. It’s like what you read everywhere else. This place is about the money, the care isn’t here. Staff means well and I would never be back if it wasn’t for my primary. He is amazing. He leave I’m gone! This place is always a joke with scheduling an appointment as well. I’ve had appointments and show up for them and they said I never had one and I screen shot the appointment from my chart. Funny thing is I’m not the only one with these issues. Reading the reviews and seeing people around me experience the same things. If you can go anywhere else. I’d do it, save yourself the time and energy. Who wants more stress then you are sick.
I came in and checked in at the front desk at 9:45 a.m. and its now 10:36a.m.The service is good except the long waiting process !!!!. Somethings wrong with them... On that part... Seriously !!!Sucks waiting a long time and having to see everyone else go in even the people whom just arrived just arrive here at the clinic get served...
DO NOT GO HERE. Both times I have gone to this walk-in clinic they have been understaffed and unprofessional. Both times I have had to wait 3 hours, if not longer, just to see a doctor for maybe ten minutes, if even that. Instead of having more doctors on staff, they have three reception desk workers who loudly chat and goof off. After waiting two hours, they took us back to a room where we waited for another 15-45 minutes. Its ridiculous and extremely disrespectful to the patients time. If you want to see anyone here, bring a snack and something to read because you will be here for a long while.Every other Everett Clinic I have gone to has been just fine, but this one is to be avoided if you can help it at all.
The phlebotomists are amazing, they were so kind and friendly while trying to draw blood from my son.
The Everett Clinic has admitted that they made an error due to an update of their systems that resulted in them turning a bill over to collections. I contacted them several years ago when this happened and was told that it was resolved. I contacted them again in 2016. This week I have called in every single day and asked to speak to a manager, they promised a callback from Eric that I never received, but so far I havent been able to speak to anyone past lead. They have admitted fault and that they will take care of the issue however they are putting hurdles I the way. Even though they agreed that they had my insurance on file at the time of the appointment and charged me a co-pay at the time, and they have told me that my insurance wasnt billed because they were going through a system update at the time, they havent resolved the issue. They want me to provide them my insurance information from way back in 2011 (which is likely buried somewhere in a random box in my storage unit after a move to another state), they have told me that they need to send the bill to the insurance and wait for the insurance company to review and deny the claim (on grounds that they didnt submit it in a timely manner), they have advised me that once the claim is denied they can then properly code my bill, and write it off as their error removing it at that point from collections. I feel like this is a great example of the bureaucracy that drives up our health care costs! Why waste my time, the insurance companies time, and their time to resolve an issue that they have already admitted resulted from a update to their systems!!!! How much will it cost the insurance company and the Everett Clinic to go through these steps and how much of that gets passed on to us as consumers when we go see the doctor??
This place is awesome if I had to rate it I would give it five stars. Great people and amazing service
Great service, usually not a long wait, and you can check wait times online. The staff are helpful, and even though the clinic doesnt look that big, they have a full lab and several specialty offices in the building.
The billing is horrible...I had to pay $235 for a 10 minutes office visit since my daughter had nausea. They billed as detailed office visit and refused to help me. Definitely not worth a visit again if you have HDP plan.
Took my son here, actually still waiting as I write this review. Been here for 1 hour and 35 mins with my 3 year old who has a 103.7 fever. And is crying to be scene. I have no insurance and paid over 200.00 dollars. Next time I will save money and go to the emergency room. This is ridiculous. However when I was seen the nurse and the doctor were awesome and very good with my child! So the wait was ridiculous, but the staff was great!
Worst clinic. i had an annual check up there, but they gave me some preventive test items that was told to be included in annual check up. and then I got a bill finally.
Very nice people and our trip didnt require a copay. But the wait was really long. We were there for two and a half hours (including the wait room) for a flu test. At one point I came outside to see what was going on and they had forgotten about us due to an emergency in the other room. Everyone was apologetic about it, but it was still pretty annoying (hence this 3-star review).I probably go back. It seems like this kind of thing doesnt happen very often.
I love this place! Whatever specialty care a person may need is available. Excellent customer service 99% of the time and medical staff who listen.
The worst clinic I have ever been too. The main goal of this clinic is money, not patient care. They were trying to push services I did not need. When I got billed, it was for a service I did not need. The doctor billed me for a specialty that is not his specialty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you did not cancel before 48 hours, they will bill you.
Went to the Everett Clinic at Mill Creek this morning and was a great experience. Front desk fast & efficient!!....waited less than 10 mins to see a doctor. Dr Heng was very through and made sure I was taken care of. Sent me to a specialist for further specific care that same morning and called me in that office after tests were done. Very happy with his thoroughness & followup spirit!Very Thankful, David Croutworst (Mill Creek resident)
They are here for your money, I had chest congestion and was being little bit lazy. After doctor asked me to do blah. blah tests, including the chest x-ray it turns out I only had acidity issue and simple anta-acid was enough and laziness was due to Vitamin D. This wasnt done in a single visit. Doctor asked me to come for various tests on different days and I paid total of $867.49 from my pocket. They charged insurance company in thousands!Worst part that got me mad was when I told my doctor about symptoms and he said, You are asking everything in one visit. Please ask separate issues in separate visits.
Staff was nice and they stayed late for us. Doc Roberts was friendly, professional and super helpful and treated us like family.
This is a fantastic facility for all of your health needs. We started using the walk-in clinic and then realized how much they have to offer. They seem to have all the tests and equipment of a full hospital but you don’t pay emergency room copay. Things like chest x-rays can be done onsite. They also have a general practice, which I now use as my primary physicians such a great clinic with tons of wellness services in one place.ProTip - sign up for Epic MyChart on your first visit. You can use the app to see test results, medical history and schedule appointments.PLEASE GIVE ME A 👍🏻 IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL
The only reason I give this place one star is because the first two appointments were ok. From then on it went downhill! I am 6 weeks pregnant and have had diarrhea for the past 13 days and when I went in for my appointment they cancelled on me last minute. I had also called 4 days before my appointment to give them info on two probiotics that I needed to know if I could take while pregnant, mind you they said I could take ANY but I wanted to make sure they were safe to take durning my pregnancy. They didn’t get back to me until the same day of my appointment just to say that yes I could take them. I will NEVER return to this location willingly.
Absolutely horrific customer service. We went there 3 times with no problems and then on the 4th visit we were informed our insurance is not in their network and our child cant be seen by the pediatrician. Dr Tamarin was good but the front desk was a joke as we called and verified our insurance would work and handed them the insurance card on a separate occasion. This place has very inexperienced staff and MUST BE AVOIDED.
It was a horrible experience. I felt the attending nurse knew more then the doctor. The xray technician could use some people skills. Probably wont be going back.
Had an appt today with Liz . She is amazing. She made sure all my questions were answered.
I scheduled an appointment at this location for 1/23/18 with Dr. Shull. I went into this clinic on 1/22/18 to have medical records released, fill out forms and present my health insurance information. I thought by doing this,it would save a lot of time. My appointment was at 3:20pm. I arrived at 3:05pm to check in. At 3:45 I asked the receptionist if it would be much longer of a wait? She looked at the other receptionist and said...I thought Dr. Shull was caught up at 3:55 I approached the front desk again, and this time the gal said she would go back and check. 4:05 Dr. Shulls nurse came out,sat next to me and begain to explain the Dr. was very thorough. I commented on that. She than said the Dr was more than willing to see me,but it would be another 40 min. I declined the offer. I had already waited 45 min... are you crazy... thorough huh! As for me I will never understand this type of unprofessionalism. I understand this is a lengthy review. The lack of communication was completly out of order.I felt I had to express it the way it happened in that exact order.
Great staff, decent walk in clinic wait time. Extra parking in back.
Busy clinic but worth the wait... You may have to park farther for its located in a heavy commercial area.
Dont even bother going here for a walk in. Minimum wait times are 1 hour to 1.5 hour. Staff is unfriendly and unsympathetic considering you do a walk in only when you are sick and dont have an appointment. Will never go back to this place
The wait wasnt bad and they took care of everything fast and on my way! Thanks!!
Love the Everett Clinic at Mill Creek, wont go anywhere else.
Great professional environment. Great doctors
Wait time for the walk in clinic quoted to us was way off. Dont bring your child here if they are sick. They couldnt care less for you or your family. Check in staff was terribly rude and put out when we asked how much longer we would have to wait.
Checked in early morning as they open but very long waiting timeStaffs are rude
Worst everett clinic
Will never go here
Good service
Dr. Kuribayashi and her Everett Clinic refused treatment to my son who had asthma. This is unethical, inhumane, and down-right evil for putting profits before the lives of patients.
