Horrible customer service to say the least. It runs from manager to all the staff. When I wanted to complain to the manager the customer service really wanted me to just leave as they thought that customer service could do nothing. Store did not have any carts available and I could see right in front of me the staff was reluctant to pull new carts. Imagine they even following directions for COVID-19. I do not believe any santaization being done. The delft checkout scanner had dirt. As far as I know the instructions for store manager is to consistently keep the counters clean. No sanitizing was being followed at customer service counter either. This store and staff is running this store as a hazard and if they are not ready they should shut it down and risk lives of customer and their own staff. As said before clearly from their behavior they do not care about customers anyway, least care for your own self. Ridiculous, do not go to this store.
Lowes in Lynnwood ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!I walked in with return/exchange. There was one person in front of me currently being helped. Thats fine. What was not good were the multiple employees to include a manager completely ignoring me. A hello we will be right with you and thank you for your patience would have been outstanding. Just being acknowledged would have been nice.Not one of the 7, yes 7 employees standing there chatting amongst themselves made any attempt to say or acknowledge myself or the other several customers that showed up the 15 minutes I was standing there.The associate helping the lady in front of me was extremely busy and providing her with excellent service.The rest of the 7 associates rate ZERO on the customer service chart.ZERO eye contact, blatantly ignoring myself and the other customers in line.Standing with their back to me knowing the length of time I stood there.I have written many reviews, sadly Lowes in Lynnwood rates ZERO and they fully earned their negative review.

Tons of products, not crowded. Great prices on most everything I looked at.Smoke pellets way better price than online. This real store is better than deliveries.
I wanted to take a second to say a sincere thank you to Derek and the rest of the team that was at the store Monday morning. A small line of people showed up hoping to purchase air conditioners, and not only did Derek come out to let us know they were available, he and the team set us up to purchase units before the doors even fully opened - loading the ACs in carts for us so we could just walk in and pay. I truly appreciated the communication and how seriously he took it — the extreme heat had everyone on edge and the extra organization, including making sure everyone was in order in line, was an excellent experience.
People that work at this store are very unhappy. Very slow, I think they need to be paid more to so they can do better jobs. Very disappointing
Terrible service! Sent the wrong direction multiple times. A coded door lock had to be taken to checkout to wait for me, and no one new where it was when I went to checkout 20 minutes later. I had to yell and ask from where I was waiting to get there attention again. New to the area and will be going to Ace or Home Depot next time!
Bought 52 post a week ago Tuesday they were to be delivered Friday i then they couldnt deliver till Monday Then they finally delivered them on Tuesday, a week later. I have yet to have a manager call me Allen and Greg in the contractor department were great. The phone system and the rest of the store sucked. I will be buying all my stuff at Lynwood or Everett Lowes Im done with Mill Creek. Even talk to corporate and they didnt help me.
I have been working with Home Decor specialist, Barb. She is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable of window treatments. She made the process of scheduling my window measurements go extremely easy, and followed up on my product selection in order to work up and review my order.
Somehow did not like this place. Home depot seems to have better aura. The staff too seems kind of not friendly. Have been here a few times, not made my store even though its near to my house.
I found what I needed for my deck garden that I couldnt find at Home Depot and a few other places. Big tomato plants are pretty much gone earlier than usual this year! I did find the soil in smaller bags at a different store but happy to have found something real close in big bags. That kept cost down significantly. Plants and garden supplies were flying off the shelves (like everywhere) and the line was long. I liked that they were restocking while so busy even though it made shopping slightly difficult. The woman working register was not just fast and knowledgeable, she had a great attitude and relaxed appearance. I used to work retail and know exactly what it is to have long lines. If I were a secret shopper Id give her a top score :) I was there 4-21 around 5:30. Thank you for making my time here pleasant, Lowes is more than twice as far as Home Depot. I plan on coming here again regardless of traffic
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We ordered cabinets online (which they had online). WE TRIED FOR 4 HOURS TO CONTACT THE STORE AND NO ONE WOULD PICK UP. When we did get to someone (Samantha - customer service), she said she would inquire and call us back. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!! We are not in the process of trying to get our order transferred to a different location. Shout out to Rich who is the manager of the Everett store (yes!! We had to call a different location to get customer service) who is trying to help us!! We will NEVER use the location again. RUN TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
Very happy to not have to wear a mask. I was vaccinated in January so its about time. Some staff were not wearing masks and some were, making everyone welcome depending on their personal preference. The way it ought to be with personal responsibilities honored.

The price was good. But the wait time is horrible!!Currently sitting here waiting over 50 minutes for a pick up order that is ready. How on earth does it take you over 50 minutes to bring a dishwasher up front from the back??Update... after 56 minutes they finally brought out our order. But now we have to turn around and go back in because they only gave us half of it!Extremely disappointed in the service at Mill Creek Lowes today
Nicely put together store .... but i walked around for 40 min looking at things and looking very lost with not one person that works there ever asking if i cud use some help. Had to track down someone finally to ask where i could find window screens. Each lowes i have been to has very poor customer service. I much more prefer home depot

Omg. Customer service is nonexistent here. Called customer service and have been on hold, waiting to talk to a rep for 21 mins. I find it hard to believe that theres no one at customer service. This is unbelievable.
Theres not much you cant find here in the way of home improvement: repair, interior decorating (but no actual decorations), plants, lumber, plumbing, lighting, cleaning products, hardware, tools (electric and non-electric), tile, carpet, paint, etc. The cool thing about the paint department is that they can match ANY color you want them to! Just bring in something that is the color of paint you want, and theyll whip it right up for yuh! Hey, they even have self-checkout!
I have mixed feelings about Lowes. Ive spent a lot of money on appliances and counters there, and the services was good (had to make an appointment). It is hard to find help when you are there casually, and just have a simple question about plumbing or electrical. Returns used to take for ever and the last time I ordered and paid online for pickup it took for ever. I could have just picked up and paid for it at the store much quicker. I do think they have improved their return process.
We came here to look for a washer and dryer and wanted to walk out with them but waited over an hour and no one could help us. They had one person in the department who stayed with the same customers the entire time. I understand trying to be helpful but when you have other paying customers you need to learn to prioritize and not let one customer take up your time. I even went to the front desk and ask if anyone else could help us order them and was told no.
Weve always had pretty good experiences every time we come here. Of course, if its super busy, Id recommend holding off buying anything, such as a washer or refrigerator, that requires an employee entering in data in the computer as it will take a long time. The store is mostly tidy, and their restrooms are clean (when I was pregnant, this was a huge plus), and the employees helpful. They have a good selection in their nursery as well.
This place is terrible. The customer service is horrible. I’ve come on multiple occasions and am rarely acknowledged by staff. I always have to wait long periods of time before getting any help. Staff are also seemingly unwilling to help when I am able to get their attention. This is across different departments and on different occasions. I’ve finally resolved not to be a Lowe’s customer anymore.
My husband picked up a supposedly 12x6 board for my shelving unit, from our local Lowes store. It is not even close to the 12. I understand the measurements used for cut lumber, I could forgive 1/4 off, maybe a 1/2 off, but 11 1/8th is ridiculous. Now if I want the a board to match my shelving unit, I will have to get a 6x14, or a 6x16, and cut the side off so there will more wasted lumber. This is how Lowes responds the shortage of lumber, and of course the prices have gone up.
Took my son here today with me--we both were looking for something. Me, I found the clear spray paint. Lots of choices! Ended up getting just the least expensive one. Met the needs. My son got the doweling he needed, though we had to get the four foot ones, they didnt have the right size in the three for ones. Baghh! Still covers what he needs.
The Lowes that I visited today was one of the cleanest and best organized stores I have ever been in. Everyone was really friendly.
My local Lowes. Its always decent. Sometimes difficult to find someone to help. I rely on the app a lot to help find items or prices.
Other than the price of lumber the staff was friendly and informative
I called 7 times to get a simple question answered. Phone rang each time long enough until it went to fast busy. Typical of this stores level of service.
Pretty good variety of stuff a lot of it is high-priced. Customer service is hit or miss depends on the employee you get. Checking you out seems to be problematic for most of the cashiers.

Shopping was easy and when I needed direction the nearest employee was friendly and told me exactly what isle I needed to goto too find it, very knowledgeable of merchandise and where it was located.
Just now went to store 30 min before closing. I went to get cordless Bissell vacuum and dryer vent cleaner. According to website store should have both 8 vacuums and 20 dryer vent cleaners. Me standing in front of vacuums no sign of Bissell vacuum or any label. I asked a guy who tried his best to avoid me, where is vacuum showing him on Lowes app. His smart answer: if I can find the vacuum store most be out or we out or dont carry it in store so order online and pick it up. Me Okay. now looking for dryer vent cleaner as app showing BW aisle 10 nothing in there. Me looking in vent section, nothing. Asked other guy for dryer vent cleaner as app was showing the aisle and bay. He said it should be by appliances and it was not there. Customer service start asking customers to head out for closing. I ask other guy to help find the dryer vent cleaner and he ask me to come back tomorrow as store closing. Come back? If I want to deal with such poor customer service I prefer to buy all my future purchases from Home depot and Amazon!
Carts had dangerous ends of broken wire sticking out 6. Many damaged items just placed back on shelves. Items missing matching covers/set pieces everywhere. Stay away.
Lowes has such great in store service. They are knowledgeable, friendly and employees dont look down at the ground when you pass them! They are more than willing to help

It said they had 6 cans of krylon color Maxx satin Italian green. They couldnt come up with it. Inventory system wack.
Been coming to this store for over a decade. Seen many managements come and go. Beware of overworked employees working for long hours.. Being nice and respectful to them goes a long way. You will get help if you know whom to approach, from that deptmt. Otherwise, may the force be with you! My favorite is the Garden department and love the selection they have. Almost all the plants in my garden has come from Lowes. Hubby loves going to their indoor lumber-yard, paint and tool section for his projects and also regularly gets lost inside the main store. So it must be nice in there. :)
They were out of allot of stuff. Had to ask multiple people to try and find what I was looking for. One person finally found what I needed at another store. Clearly the people working there seem to be new to the area as they wanted me to go to Everett when the mill creek location was closer with more in stock.
It was awesome very helpful staff I wanted bbq that wasnt put together and the pulled one down for me and were very nice no attitude or anything. They could have asked if I needed help putting it in my vehicle since it is over 200lbs and in awkward packaging. thats why they arent getting 5 stars

Rude customers. Inattentive staff at best. An unorganized and sloppy store that prevents any normal flow of traffic. Worst experience at a big box hardware store I can think of.
This is a well maintained Lowes, and most of my interactions with the team have been positive and helpful. The selection is no different from other stores, but they seem to do a better job taking care of the place. Access is alright, but can be a little wonky with the restrictions in adjacent traffic flow. For example; if you want to head west, there is only 1 exit, and that is through a traffic light.
Went for a replacement part said they had it went to store and the didnt have it. They should update website
Its a Lowes. Seemed better stocked and staffed (online pick-and-pull orders fulfilled more quickly) than my local Lowes. They had in stock a particular size and type of lumber that I needed. But: one critical problem. I needed a couple of cuts to comfortably fit the lumber in my vehicle. Their two shop saws were broken. According to one bystander, theyd been so for several weeks. What kind of *hardware* store has a broken saw, much less two of them, for more than 15 minutes? The resources to fix or replace these things are right there. This is an astounding management failure. In this instance, a kind stranger with a cordless circular saw stepped in to remedy Lowes failure. How difficult would be for Lowes management to pull a circular saw from stock to cover until their shop saws are repaired? Not an acceptable situation.
Be careful driving into the pickup area. I went there on March 7th to buy mulch and went into the pickup area and got this metal rod into my tire. It totally destroyed the tire and I was without a car for 3 days. I contacted the assistant store manager and he told me I would be compensated. Now I have been fighting their legal department. They say I need to prove a Lowes employee did put it there.

You ask for help and almost no one here ever knows what they are doing let alone know where things are located. Unfortunately for me Home Depot is too far for me.
Just awesome, love it here. Everyone, staff and customers in the holiday spirit. Got keys cut, bought a 24 extension ladder plus some Christmas lights (impulse). Almost hung around too long and missed the Huskie football game.
One of the plumbing staff, Pelig, was outstanding, helpful and patient. Really a great example of customer service 👏

Ordered a product online to be delivered to the store noticed that the online price had dropped and the nice lady at the store refunding me the difference without a problem.
My husband and I needed a new refrigerator and when we went to the Mill Creek store they say they will not price match Costco. I called cooperate and cooperate said they were to price match Costco along with other stores. The lady in the appliance department told us she has worked there for 15 years and never price match Costco because Costco is to close to the store. They lost this sale and I went to the Lowe’s in Mt Vernon and got the price match because lynnwood would not price match either. Everett was out of stock so next store was Mt Vernon.

Found some stone blocks that I loved, at the online Lowes. Went to the Mill Creek location and they had the exact stone that I wanted in a large enough stock that I was able to get 50 no problem. Fork lift scooted them to my truck and I drove home pleased. This only took about a half hour total at the store. I am impressed.

Went to the Home Depot Woodinville for the last time. Lowes lumber is down stocked and accessible.
No customer service. You have to know what you want. There is 0 help. No one around and staff not helpfull. You dont see employees are really focus on customer service. They just walk around the store and never ask if you need help. I was going to buy a few tools but just could not find it accessible other than the display. Update 10/08/2020. Just got a bathtub and it came broken out of the box. Still bad experiences at this store

Horrific experience, clerk at the paint counter refused to help me, pointed me in the wrong direction. Eventually had to go to another store to get what I needed. Then I was accosted in the parking lot and screamed at that I was tge Antichrist by a different customer.
After spending $900 there they wouldnt give me a return on my $12 of a in-store credit card they issued to me even though I live 200 miles away from a nearest Lowes and cannot use the $12 so theyre stealing my money!
Helpful employees and store is well organized. Prices are good and I think it better than Home Depot.

Returned a product that did not meet description on the website. They picked up the return but did not refund me for 3 weeks. I tried calling to get an update but no one picks up the phone or only picks up to hang out. Terrible.
My building where I work was flooding!!! But they people at Lowes were very kind and helpful in finding the sand bags we needed and even helped load us up! Thanks everyone at Lowes for acting quick and caring so much!

Generally very helpful staff. They even let me stay slightly after closing to help me with a closing with no indication of rushing.
Nicely put together Lowes. Staff answered questions, and guided me to where I needed to go.Only thing I thought was off was the small aisles where they have the appliances. Not sure if theyre wide enough for some powered wheelchairs, but I could be wrong.

I always buy my appliances from this location,the appliance delivery and installation is always on time and professional. Employees are helpful. If you need anything for your home then this is the place to go!

Very helpful staff, store was clean and well put together with Isles and descriptions of what are in the aisles clear and easily visible.
I had a freezer ordered and three weeks later I tried to pick it up but they couldn’t find it. Then they said that they would deliver it to me two days later. I called Ryan at the store who is in charge of shipping, to see if it was going to be delivered that day he said yes, and I could expect it between 2:00 -6:00 it never arrived. The following day I called Ryan again and this time he said I’m sorry but for some reason it was canceled. So Ryan arranged to have Jared deliver it personally to my home they brought it in plugged it in made sure it was working took the box and I finally had my freezer after 3 1/2 weeks. With all the frustration and all the miscommunication Ryan and Jared came through for me so kudos to those two, they deserve a raise I am one happy customer because of the two of them!
