Store policy that they cant (wont) ship anything firearm related? I understand not wanting to ship a firearm itself, the ammunition. Sure, safety first after all I suppose. But I cant even use your store to return a holster? Shaking my head at your management.

Always has a line, often outside the store. Always seems to be only one person at the counters. When you can actually get to a person, which might take 20 minutes, theyre really great and helpful. But youre gonna wait.

This location is not trustworthy. Its privately owned, they do not hold to the standard of UPS. Will simply hang up on you when you call, they say theyll locate your package so you can just come and get it yourself (their drives mark signature required packages as undeliverable and dont attempt) and theyll call you back. They never will. Dont trust your business with them!

I came here after wasting 1 hour at fedex without anybody there knowing how to send a package to Russia. I was anticipating the worst. Yet here, at UPS, they just took my package and send. As easy as that! No BS. Amazing!

This location is very popular for Amazon returns. They at times can have a line out the door due to social distancing but these guys are super fast and friendly! I’m in and out of there faster than any other mailing center. Michelle is one of the cashiers there who has an amazing attitude and is extremely fast and friendly. These guys deserve a shout out!! THANK YOU!!

Came here for a notary-which we called online and verified there was one. We waited in line and when it was our time the notary was helping another customer with something completely different. This is fine. However, it is not fine to be told to wait outside for an hour hoping that the only employee that can help us is available. Since he was not doing notary things why couldnt another member swap roles with him so he could help us? Worst customer service or even employee consideration.

Have a prepaid box to drop off and there is no place to drop it, so am stuck in line outside with everyone else. I use FEDEX for work and they have drop boxes for packages like this. Poor business practice and the low rating for this place is well deserved.

I came here to use the notary services. I saw the previous review about a long wait for the notary and should have paid attention, but I thought maybe that customer had a one-off bad experience. My experience was nearly identical.I arrived, waited in line to talk to an employee, and was told the only employee who is a notary was with another customer, and that I should wait outside. The notary was clearly processing a shipment with a customer, not officiating notary services, but did not trade off with another employee.I waited over 30 minutes before I gave up and went to the UPS store at Thrashers Corner, where I was helped immediately and out the door in less than 10 minutes.

This location does not allow quick drop-offs with a prepaid label. This has exacerbated the long wait times for everyone, which has worsened since Covid. I watched a person with a package with a prepaid label wait behind me for over 20 minutes and in frustration, he walked past everyone, placed his box on the counter and walked out. The employee ran after him with the box, yelling for him to come get his package and wait in line. The guy refused so the employee just tossed the box randomly on the sidewalk and went back inside. When incidents like this are happening, it’s time for a better solution, UPS. My total wait time that day was over 40 minutes.On a different occasion, I made an Amazon return and the employee forgot to put a label on it after she said I was done. The package ended up back on my doorstep necessitating yet another long wait at this location to return it.I avoid this location altogether now.

Ive used this store multiple times over the years and have had satisfactory service every time (nothing fantastic, but nothing horrible, either). Yesterday, however, I had fantastic service here and wanted to give them a good rating as a result. I needed some booklets bound (holes punched, clear cover and solid back added with a coil binding). Geo had my order completed within 15 minutes and the price was better than any Ive been quoted at other locations. Definitely made my day better!

Service is slow, made worse by the fact that they do not allow package drop offs for packages ready to go with a label. Be prepared to line up for a good while even if you are just dropping something off. This is the worst UPS location I have been to

Came in to return package. Manager dealing poorly with customer in front of me. He had mask over his mouth but not nose, I told him his mask serves no purpose without it covering his nose, he responded “time for you to go partner” I pointed at his mask and he finally said “what, I made a mistake and covered his nose” these are the reasons COVID-19 is spreading, he has chosen to not just put himself at risk but everyone who visits. I’ve filed a complaint against employee. The governors orders state all employees must wear facial coverings which includes mouth and nose, violations are expensive.

I sent a package that was dropped and damaged on delivery. I called to ask for info on whether to file online for the insurance I paid for, or do it in store.I was hung up on twice. I will go back to this store once to find out why and to get a claim. But never again if thats how customers are treated

This place is awesome. If youre across the street at the post office, waiting in a long line, just head over here. Professional service, quick, and excellent! I highly recommend. I took 1 star away because the way the store is laid out is awkward when youre waiting in line. Its very small and scrunched in there.

Lousy service by lazy people. I was shipping an oversized item and asked to have it shrink wrapped and both ups service reps refused to. Claiming that they didn’t have any. After I pointed out the one hanging by their bubble wrap rack they claimed it belonged to their supervisor who happened to be out of the store and they would not be able to reach him. I clearly told them that I was more than happy to buy the entire roll I just wanted my item shrink wrapped; instead I was directed to U-Haul or any other storage company to purchase the shrink wrap. A shipping company without shrink wrap, really???? Inexcusable

I visited UPS today and had a terrible experience at this Mill Creek location. I mail the same things weekly and for some reason, this time around, they were unable to take it and send it as it is because it needed to be placed in a bag for no reason? Meg was the manager at the time and was VERY disrespectful to her employees and myself. I heard her tell one of her employees “I’m busy right now i can’t help you.” Usually am an advocate for UPS but I was very disappointed this time around.

A blonde woman, who seemed to be in charge, felt empowered to tell me that I should not be there and that they’re closed. I let her know that it says closing time is 6 pm on google. She, with extreme condescension, let me know that it should say 5 pm.I checked again on the way home and it states 6 pm.Not a great way to treat a customer! Maybe she felt okay to treat minorities badly, but I don’t recommend ths store.

This store has been good up until recently. As a commercial customer that drops pre labeled packages off daily, all of a sudden they say they dont allow drops off anymore? I dont need a receipt so what am I waiting for. They told me they get confused? So I have to wait because their processes are confusing to them - this is poor service and bad business! Go somewhere where they value the customer and understand service!

I WANT to use them. Im totally inclined, but the manager doesnt train ANYBODY how to do BASIC functions that youd expect employees to know how to do that work in a print / shipping / packaging shop.It cost me this last time. All I needed was to have the labels affixed to the box. Doesnt sound hard right? The employee, took the label and asked if there was anything else? Expecting me to walk away. Trusting that she knew how to affix a label going to Amazon, I said no and walked away.Couple days later, I get a nasty letter from Amazon saying I didnt affix the shipping label. All because the UPS store employee didnt know to put 1) the UPS shipping label and 2) the Amazon shipping label (both were on one sheet).Should she have known? Isnt this her job to know? If she didnt know, shouldnt she have asked me before sending me out the door?Another time I went in, I needed sticky labels printed. Literally nobody in the store knew how to do that except the manager. I was told to come back at 11:00, which I did. Manager wasnt there. I came back again later, manager still not there.I wrote to corporate telling them ALL THE PROBLEMS with this location. Their response, a copy/paste cookie-cutter were sorry.UPS Store doesnt care about your business. Go somewhere else. I wont risk my business with this location ever again.Too many INCOMPETENT workers.

Went here to return a Zappos shipment. I forgot to download the Zappos shipping label so they could use it but I had the one that could be printed. I asked if they could print it. Guy tells me yeah, itll cost you about $3. Seriously? Dont need this place at all and most employees are not friendly or anything else. Forget it and go elsewhere. I can get the same rude snotty treatment AT UPS. Why come here?

Who hired this rude lady? I have been here twice to use the Notary and she is an extremely cold and bitter woman. She is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Here is an example of our conversation:Rude Lady: This says you need 2 witnesses, not just 1 witnessMe: Yeah they said the notary could be the second witness.Rude Lady : NO! I CANNOT! It is impossible for me to notarize my own signature.Me: OK..geez. Just leave it blank then.Rude Lady: NO! Signatures cannot be left blank.Me: OK. Can you other girl working here be the second witness then?Rude Lady: Ha ha. No she cannot.Me: I guess I wont ask why not. Can you just line through it then?Rude Lady: Fine but then it means this whole document might be invalid and you STILL have to pay for the notary even if it doesnt count.Who talks to customers like this? I understand having a bad day but she acted like this both times I was there. I wont be back a third time.

Go to the ups in Evergreen way and you won’t be upset. People here don’t really care. Had a collectible to ship out, because they were “going to package it when they have time” I decided I’d do it myself instead since I can’t trust what kind of care it’ll receive. I was charged an extra dollar for doing the work for them....

The staff is always friendly and helpful ... They are quick to offer to carry my heavy cartons to or from the store and they always have a smile ... and apologize if they are busy and can t get to me right away.I have observed them helping other customers and they are just as great with walk-ins as well ... and suggest better packaging solutions to those who come in and are not sure what to buy to pack their shipment.In these days of so called free shipping promos from online retailers, people come to expect free or cheap shipping ... WE all know there is no such thing as free anything - someone always pays one way or the other. As for the guy complaining about the cost of shipping ... This is a service that pretty much takes your package from door to door ... who do you think does the work? Some squirrel who works for peanuts or free? Who pays for the vans and trucks to haul your package across town or across the state or the USA? Who pays for the truck maintenance, tires? Gas? Insurance? Big sorting centers? Drivers? You think these people work for free to give you the convenience of having your package shipped and delivered? Really, $15? If $15 is an issue for you - opt for the inferior US Mail delivery at $11 or $13 for priority mail. I have to laugh at this ... They gripe about paying for a service of convenience for $10 or $15 but every day they drink one or two Starbucks at $5 a pop and then pee it out at the next potty break but that is not too expensive to pay for???? Get real.I stand by my 5 Stars and the good value of knowing my package is being shipped to someones front door for a few measly bucks.

The woman who is the notary is SO RUDE. I came in at 415 after calling ahead and being told she was there until 430. I waited to be acknowledged for a good five mins just for her to tell me “ I’m off now I’m not staying for this” i said can you please it’s important and I called ahead and came here because I was told you could do it. She said no it takes too long and I have somewhere to be. So disrespectful and rude. She was clearly still on shift until 430 and notarizing something takes all of 10 minutes. I would have never driven here if I had not been confirmed on the phone that I could do it. Completely wasted my time in my window of opportunity to have this important documents signed and taken care of. I’m not the only one to leave a review about the specific woman she is awful

Anyway...who cares as I am now a former customer...but I did feel a responsibility to share this experience regardless..Ya know, there is a cost associated with CONVENIENCE...I GET THAT....However, why do they feel it necessary to mercilessly GOUGE their customers for the most basic services???????????I emailed 3 documents over to be printed out in simple (black and white) and was charged $5.62?! For 3 pieces of paper !!! I was stunned and refused to pay such an outrageous price for so simple a request....I was going to take my business elsewhere, but first asked how it could possibly cost me that much? The girl banged away at the register and then like magic...charged me $3.16 instead. Still an exorbitant price I feel, but my need was a time sensitive one ..AnywayMoral of the story: 1st time your fault...2nd time my fault!AND Im buying my own Gdamm printer!!

The Service is horrible, the store has a high turn over rate of employees, very unorganized, Ive been given the wrong packages numerous times & my packages wee given to other customers, Meg never takes any corrective actions & she still hasnt shaved her beard yet. The parking is horrible & traveling south on 9th Ave SE and making a left turn into the driveway of the shopping center is extremely difficult & it appears to be the busiest area in Mill Creek, I wont recommend the UPS Store Mill Creek location to family, coworkers, friends or enemies. This location is total Chaos.

Very nice staff but I was informed they will no longer print the shipping labels for free. They have done it a half dozen times for me when I forget to print it prior and now I wont come here anymore.Goto the one near the everett mall. They will take care of you. Period.All over .20 👍

I use this UPS Store primarily for dropping off pre-postaged UPS packages, print jobs and Notary Public. I also have a box there. The line is usually VERY long with Amazon returns. Print jobs have usually been a struggle for a variety of reasons, but they have compensated that for me by offering it for free when there is a mess up. Ive been to many UPS Stores and this location is the least helpful. They have also not communicated well as I have to be proactive and hold their hand like when I needed mail forwarded.

I am a mobile notary and I ship confidential information & when I asked to watch the red headed guy with glasses put the label securely on the next day air envelope he seemed insulted. I did let him know it was because it was confidential. I dont care if they say they deal with confidential things. Asking for the label to be attached to my package in front of me is a given. I should not be made to feel pushed away. Especially since there was no one else in the store until I was leaving.Btw - when it is not done in front of me packages have been lost. Why Ups stores dont let you put your own preprinted label on with the sticky pockets on the front is beyond me. They have free envelopes but you have to ask for them & they look at you like your speaking another language or setting.

I went into this store to send off a package to samsug in texas and wasprepared to tape it before sending and putting the prepaid 2nd day airon the package with tape and I didnt have to. I didnt even have to ask for a receipt they asked me if I needed one and then handed it to me and I wasout the door in no time. Real fast service just what I like. The minute you walk in and they see you they greet you, Wow! Wish all places were like that. Yesthey are doing a favor and do it fast. Maybe that one guy below just had abad hair day and didnt like anything anywhere. But dont go on just one negative review like his. Ive been there more than once and each time hadexcellent service and really liked the place. Im sure alot more have also.
