Dr. Betts and the staff at Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital are great. Our family has been using this clinic for over 35 years for a multitude of dogs we have had. They are competent, professional, caring and are just nice folks in general. I highly recommend.

This vet hospital came highly recommended. We loved the vet and the techs. The problem arose, we tried to board our dog. While we appreciate their concern for the health of all the pets boarded, we feel like we were taken advantage of by this practice.They first required that we haul a fresh bag of feces to them for a $40 analysis within 10 days prior to boarding. Mind you- they gave her all her shots recently and a clean bill of health.Our dog is an 8 year old standard poodle who lives in the house and sleeps in the bed.On the day we take her to be boarded, I received a call about 15 minutes after we dropped her off saying that our dog coughed, a vet allegedly checked her out and she has kennel cough and we need to pick her up as they will not board her. Mind you, they gave her a kennel cough shot and booster several months ago to the tune of $100.Clearly we were leaving town and they put us in a fix. Not sure why we pay for expensive vaccinations if they really don’t work? In the 45 minute drive to the location, our dog did not cough. After she left there she did not cough. Not once.Don’t use this vet or their boarding service unless you want to be taken advantage of.

We have been taking all of our pets to Dr. Betts for many years. They staff is always very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Mill creek Veterinary Hospital.

We have used Dr. Betts for all our pets for over 30 years. This office does a fantastic job. I no longer live in Mill Creek and I drive by severalveterinarians on my way to get to Dr Betts.

I cannot say enough about this place, it doesnt smell, we have never been taken advantage of. Dr. Betts has been fantastic with all of our dogs, he tells us when a treatment isnt necessary, and doesnt overcharge. I wish they offered some holistic treatments, but I could not be more pleased. The staff has always been great to work with. We have sent other people to him and they loved him also. Keep up the great work!

Ive been taking my dogs to Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital for many years because I trust Dr Betts expertise. His staffs work there for long time and everybody is caring and helpful. When my dog had an stomach issue this week, I was able to drop her off in the morning and picked her up during my lunch break. I really appreciate that they can accommodate our work schedules. It would be nice if we can communicate via email with them in the near future.

I came to Dr Betts many years ago after taking my cat to an emergency vet who recommended surgery. I asked Dr Betts for a second opinion. He saved me putting her through the pain and rehab of an unnecessary surgery, as well as thousands of dollars. They have lovingly handled end-of-life care for 3 of my animals. The staff is friendly and kind, and have dealt with my chronically anxious rescue dog with loving patience over the past 12 years. I could not recommend them more highly.

Dr. Meeks is the only vet in our area that accommodates the free exam coupon we got from the shelter (SAFR). He was great with our little ones, and we had no problem making appointments or being seen in a timely manner. The staff were all kind and considerate. They dont even require an appointment for booster shots, and only charged us for the lab on fecal and let us come in and pick up the medicine with no further exams. In short, Dr. Meeks provides great care as necessary and does not overcharge or make you jump through hoops.

Cant seem to return calls. Ive called 7 times on 3 separate days to set up a follow up appointment for surgery and they never answer. Thats fine, but in three days I cant get a call back or you cant answer the phone once in three days?

I have called and emailed several times over the last few weeks. No one can seem to answer the phone, return my calls, or reply to my emails? Im not sure how this place stays open if I cant even contact someone to make an appointment.

First, to the 2 reviewers who say they cannot get ahold of them, I say you are obviously calling the wrong number. We have been going to Dr Betts with our pets since 1993 and have always been able to reach them during business hours.I love this place! Every person working there truly cares about their pet patients and also offers sincere comfort to the owners when needed.Dr Betts is such a great vet, so experienced and wise and he is not into “upsell ” which is a big thing at other places (I know because we moved out of state).

Horrible place, horrible ugly people. Take your loved pet anywhere else!

Dr. Betts is great. We went through several big corporate vets before finding him. I wish we had of found him sooner, it would have saved us thousands in vet bills.Our dog was having stomach trouble and the first few visits to Helping Hands (not Mill Creek Veterinary hospital) had us spending tons of money on tests for diseases our dog could have. They definitely took advantage of how much we cared for our dog by scaring us. Never once did they tell us that stomach problems are very common with dogs and a simple changing of food could fix the problem. Live and learn I guess.Anyway. Dr. Betts has a more balanced approach and only treats what he sees. We have never felt like he goes overboard with his treatments. Other bigger places may be a bit cheaper for any one treatment, but they over subscribe their treatments so much you end up paying way more.In short, Dr. Betts is the best we have found and we have been to 5 different vets in the Lynnwood/Mill Creek area. We take both our kitties and our mutt to him for all of their shots and for any problems that come up.
