My husband and I bought a house while still in a rental home down the road. The moving process was long and tedious, and unfortunately the rental house was a disgusting mess after we moved out. The Maids came and performed a miracle deep clean on the rental and it looks cleaner than when we moved in! I cant tell you how much this helps put me at ease. I needed something taken off my plate between fixing up the purchased home and unpacking, I didnt have time to clean the rental. The Maids have done a fantastic job!!! I would absolutely recommend them if you need a cleaning service and I plan to use them again for my new house!

I have now received a deep clean from The Maids twice and I will call them again. Regular cleaning would be more economical--the full cleaning every few years is pretty expensive, but The Maids are highly professional, efficient, and comprehensive. I asked them to clean my horrible bachelor oven and refrigerator, and they left them gleaming. Everything is now clean and sanitized. Stains on the floor that I have mopped myself repeatedly are gone!

I inquired about service and have been bombarded with texts, calls and emails despite replying multiple times that I am un-interested and to be removed from their lists. I even unsubscribed, twice! We ultimately decided against their services after shopping around, as they charge double the other bids for the same service and the whole experience felt very impersonal for a company whose business is being inside our personal dwelling.

We have used the services of The Maids for about 20 years and service has been outstanding. The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable. They have been responsive to special requests and they always have arrived within the time period that we were quoted. Because of relocation to a different location, their services had to be discontinued.For the final cleaning before the move and sale of the house, additional services were requested to clean the refrigerators, freezer, and oven. This additional service was wonderful. This appliances looks at good as the day they were installed.Their services are highly recommended.

Ive been using The Maids for housekeeping on and off for many years. While I have had great cleanings before, todays cleaning was OUTSTANDING. I felt like I was in a palace when they left! Management is great when there are questions and the cleaning staff are just flat out AWESOME...friendly, accommodating and precise.

The B2 team is great. (Brier, Joanne & Anna). They have been cleaning my house for years and know just how I like things done. The bed is made perfectly every time and the whole house sparkles when they are done. Hi Readers! I just had another FABULOUSLY THOROUGH clean by my amazing Maids team, Fabiola (Team Leader), Angelica, and Erica. If you are thinking of using The Maids, please know that I looked into other companies too, but this is the only one with a supervisor that comes on site during the cleans (not every time, randomly) to inspect their work, AND this is the only company where you get at least two of the same cleaners every clean for consistency! They quickly learn your home and you dont have to re-instruct every clean. They have a notebook with your personal preferences and instructions. Also, I have had ZERO breakage or scratches or theft. Things we all worry about, right? You can trust them to take care of your property carefully. Finally, about THOROUGHNESS.... these folks go above and beyond with shelves, cushions, woodwork, etc... things other companies cut corners on. Give them a try and youll be impressed.

Not only do they do an exceptional job, but everyone I have met is also such a nice person! I love that I get the same team every time, they have become friends to me, asking about kids birthdays and other special occasions as well as the health and well being of my family.I appreciate their attention to detail, and if on a random chance there is something they miss, I just let them know and they fix it, no awkwardness or hard feelings. My team of Erica, Angelica and Fabiola were nothing but superb, fantastic, and through.We decided last minute to hire cleaners for a move. The Maids easily accommodated us, working within our two day window. I did not expect what we received....they found areas to clean I didn’t know existed.In and under the lights, endless vacuuming, baseboards, above the doors, inside every (every!) closet. This is not just surface cleaning, this is off the charts. (Kudos to whichever member handed my lost earring to my husband, who just handed it to me after it being found in the oddest place...they do clean everything!)Honestly, this three member team worked for 4 hours cleaning a 3000sq ft house and I could not be more impressed, nor could I recommend them more highly. (I wish I had taken pictures, for a house that was in pretty decent shape the ‘after’ was beyond spectacular.
