These guys are great. I hired them to run sound and record the audio for my wedding in early October. We had a combination of pre recorded music, playlists, speeches and live performances from 3 different acts. Reggie and Zach were awesome. They arrived a bit earlier than expected expected but it was for the better since I was 2 minutes from walking out the door to run an errand. They ran sound checks for all acts and were on schedule every step the way. I provided them with a fairway detailed day-of time table, not only did they stick with it, Zach noticed a mistake I had made with enough time to fix it. I can’t wait to hear the captured audio! I was part of a team who organized a large literary conference (400 people!) at UW Bothell in September. One of our keynote speakers was a performance artist who required a variety of AV equipment that we thought we could accommodate. Unfortunately, our universitys IT informed us 2 weeks before the conference that they couldnt support our keynotes tech needs. We scrambled to find an alternative until one of our faculty--also a performance artist--name dropped Plus One Sound. So, our lead organizer immediately got in contact with them.Reggie was amazingly helpful! We sent him a video of our keynote to give him some context of her tech needs. Within a day or so, he got back to us with an affordable deal. We requested the medium sound package which included a mixer, speakers, mics, and stands. We also requested a floor monitor which had an additional fee, but well worth the cost. It was perfect!The only thing I was worried about was the amount of time we had to set-up on the day of the keynote. Our reservation for the conference space didnt start until 5pm and the keynote was scheduled to begin at 7pm. 1.5-2 hours was definitely not enough time to set-up and do a sound check, but Reggie and his son, Zach, handled it graciously! They arrived a little early with the intent of starting set-up right when our reservation started. They were pretty hands off once I introduced them to the space and LaTasha, our keynote.I couldnt have asked for better service. Reggie and Zach were awesome, attentive, and intentional. They made sure the sound for LaTashas performance was perfect according to the acoustics of the space. They seriously saved our event! Our attendees were very happy. We will definitely partner with them in the future whenever we need AV equipment. Thank you!!
