Derek is tough to get an appointment with, but so worth the wait. He is therapeutic and has really helped work on my post-surgical shoulder. Great COVID safety measures here.

Got my first prenatal massage here.Kennedy (if i remember his name correctly) did a great job on the full body massage. He was able to divide the time properly on the areas of body I wanted. Very attentive to my needs, too!

I hate giving this a bad review because the person that actually was my masseuse was absolutely incredible. CJ is by far the best masseuse I have ever worked with. Unfortunately I have spoken with this company many times about not charging my credit card and that my account was supposed to be put on hold. They have tried to charge me multiple times and every time it is a pain to get it reversed. I just woke up this morning to find that they have once again tried to charge me $70. While we are still not fully open as I have discussed with them before. So I will now be canceling my account with them and will no longer be supporting this company. first time can be a mistake, three times is absurd. What is the point of noting my account if no one pays attention to the notes on my account. this is beyond frustrating. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with this in the past and although they get $70 an hour, I do not get $70 an hour from them when Im fixing the issues that they create for me. Find somebody who respects your time cuz obviously this company does not

The lady who did my massage pushed on my spine so hard she moved my disc I’ve had back pain ever since. The lady was pushing on my back so hard I told her to stop. She legit climbed on the bed and pushed my spine. I do not feel the same at all. I had zero pain when I went in but now I’m in so much pain. I think the lady who worked on me was beyond unprofessional. Do not come here they are not trained at all. The lady literally sat on me for part of my massage that is just very uncomfortable.

I have been charged on my card for over 30 months. When I wanted to cancel my membership, because I just recently became a mom and dont see myself getting out to get a massage any time soon, I was told Im not getting any refund! The best they can do is give me 2 months to use up my 30× massages. I told the manager I simply wouldnt be able to do that with a newborn and a full time job. No I do not wish to freeze my account, I want a refund. I did try make a massage appointments, buy had no luck with time that would work for me. You guys took my money, but did not provide any services, that is stealing! I am very upset....horrible company.

Just cancelled my Massage Envy membership in Mill Creek. I loved my massage therapist, and Ive been a member since 2014. I was treated so poorly today over a simple miscommunication over a scheduling issue. Id suggest people cancel their membership too if this how they treat their members. Businesses should appreciate their clients. I have been a loyal client for many years. Looking for other options. My pain level is high and l didnt need this today. Staff is generally nice, but today who l talked to (Jason) was very rude and making accusations toward me that were not true. This is not how you treat people or do business. I volunteer with the City of Mill Creek and am active in my community. I have suggested many times people go here. I wont be anymore.

Great place for massages. Can find great therapists that fit whichever style of massage you prefer. Memberships also make massages super affordable for those of us who work all day at a desk and have various back issues.

Went in today for a 60 min. Erik is amazing. He knows how’s to get those areas with the most tension and I love a firm massage (he was perfection)!! I highly recommend him!!

These guys are great. Not easy to get appointments on the same or next day (at least if you’re looking for a specific therapist), but almost everyone I’ve had has been fantastic. It’s a great deal too if you have the monthly membership.

Not even one star. I have a membership with Envy Massage Mill Creek, they are charging on my card from 4 months and never provide me a any service. When I blocked my card for Envy Massage they told me we will charge you if we dont provide you a service and that is our responsibility to come and make a appointment. Now I am asking them to schedule me a appointment so they tell me I have a past due I have to pay that first. Please keep in your mind that I was get charging from last three months for nothing.Now I will report to a Washington Consumer department and BBB plus all social media.Dont sign up Envy Massage Membership.

All I can say is SUE SUE SUE!! She is a wonderful massage therapist! Very soft spoken, friendly and funny. She is always giving me helpful exercises to do at home which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her!The staff are also really great! They are always very friendly and make a point of remembering your name. I needed to cancel my contract before it was up because I was moving and they made it super easy! If it werent for the move I would definitely continue to go there.Ill miss you guys (Sue)!

Great location if you are looking to shop and eat either before or after. The staff at the receptionist area greet you right away and offer you a warm neck wrap.Twila is my therapist and she is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and can find areas on you that you didnt know needed help.

My husband and I went to have a full body exfoliation and massage. The full body exfoliation can hurt a little but its worth it youll feel refreshed and very clean. The massage was a little disappointing for me as she didnt dig in, but its relaxing. My husbands massage was better, he got the knuckles and elbows. We would definitely go back for their other services. Too many to list here.

Went here for the start of my bachlorette party evening! The massage and atmosphere here were both incredible. Ill definitely be back!

Im not a fan of large chains of any kind, but I found the most wonderful masseur here, Raven is a miracle worker!!! The check in staff is amazing and knew me after just a few visits. I would give five stars, but Im not a fan of the massage Envy chain itself and Im not super hot on the whole membership deal. This location is the best Ive been to by far though; Ive been to three locations.

Have been getting massages here for years. Always with Rebecca she is the greatest massage therapist they have. Ill never use anyone else!

I was a customer here many years ago and stopped in again while on a trip. They haven’t let the facility get run down. One thing I really like about this location is that the bathrooms are upfront so you don’t have to snake through the hallways to find them. There is also a separate room for relaxation away from the front desk before your appointment.

Always the most professional. A 90 minute massage will do wonders.

Beware of the monthly membership! Massages were fine but when I cancelled my membership, I lost 5 months worth that I had not used. Unless you are certain you will use a massage every month, dont join as a member. Losing something you have already paid for is a dishonest way to run a business!

I had very low expectations because it was a chain..Boy was i wrong! This was very nice and Casey did a great job. I get massages frequently and this gal knows her stuff. It is really nice lololo. I was pleasantly suprised. I didnt know they offer facials too. They offer quite a few services.

I had to tell him massage therapist 4 × 2 decrease the amount of pressure he was using. It was not a relaxing experience for me.

I am currently standing right in front of the door and it is 7:33pm on Saturday when the hours clearly states close at 8pm. The doors are locked. Thats unacceptable!!

I scheduled an appointment with my wife. However, when she went to the appointment, she was not on the schedule and could not be seen. Whomever I had made the appointment with had not put her down on the schedule properly. She was rescheduled for the following week, but was unable to attend the appointment. In spite of receiving no service, we were charged $40.00 as a no show fee because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance. But we were never given anything verbally or in writing indicating an appointment cancellation policy or a charge for failure to show up to a massage appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied with Massage Envy and will not be seeking service from them in the future. I am also reporting this to the BBB for unfair business practices.
