I called for AC installation. Tech was really reassuring, answering all my questions, presenting a variety of options, and actually coming over twice before the install to take pictures/measurements. HIs job was perfect. Will recommend.

This is the 2nd time I called for a repair and the 2nd time I was assured a technician would be here tomorrow between 12 and 3. I paid my $59 for the appointment. And, for the 2nd time, I received a call less than 15 minutes later stating they were unavailable. And, for the 2nd time, I canceled the appointment.There will be no 3rd time!

I called Mill Creek Appliance Reapir to fix my Whirlpool washer. These guys were quick, fair, efficient, and if there are hiccups - you know sometimes it happens - they are quick to resolve. Integrity, professionalism and good prices. Would not hesitate to use them again and happy to recommend to everyone.

First time using this service, NOT impressed, would never use them again:.Tech calls 10 minutes before 4 hour appointment window is over and is running late (not the end of the world). Tech shows up and Rings door bell while HES on the phone (very unprofessional), he comes in and continues his phone call for 5 more minutes. Finally he takes a look at my washing machine, and after one minute of looking at it (And I mean just looking at it, no tools, no close inspection) he declares it needs a pump and he can be back in 2 days to fix it. Then he finally introduces himself (a little Late) and gives me his card but NO estimate (my fault, I should have asked for one). On day hes suppose to return, tech calls just before noon, part wont be in till late, can he come the next morning, sure I can wait another day. Yeah, tech shows up, in just over an hour is done, does a quick test, declares its good to go and gives me a bill for over half of what a NEW washer would have cost (had I gotten an estimate I would have just bought a new one, my fault for NOT asking). An hour later we run our first load, Now there is a terrible NEW noise whenever its spinning, Im not saying the tech caused it, but I do think the tech should have run it through all its cycles to make sure everything was working (especially for how much we were charged). Call the Tech, he cant hear the noise on the phone and finally agrees to come back in TWO days to look at it. Well, an hour AFTER hes suppose to be there, my wife calls him, the tech is having car trouble and cant make it (a phone call would have been nice), the tech also says more then likely to find the new noise the whole washer would have to be taken apart and who knows what parts and labor ($$) it will need. So I called the Mill Creek Appliance phone number (which they answer with a simple Hello) and said I wasnt happy with the my service. There wasnt anything she could do, in there opinion the new pump fixed the problem of the water Not draining and anything else wasnt covered.The Moral:Get a written estimate.Have the Tech do a close inspection if the machine is even worth fixing.Use a establish repair company.

Google search shows business name as Mill Creek Appliance Repair with location in Mill Creek, WA. Called and entered Mill Creek zip code 98012. Call routed to agent. Agent suggested diagnostic service for my fridge for a fee and that they would provide actual estimate afterwards. But on asking if they were a local business, the agent suddenly said No, we are not located in Mill Creek and we dont serve your zip code 98012. Not sure why the business name is Mill Creek Appliance Repair. Asked agent about that and he said Yes, thats our business name but we are not located in Mill Creek. They appear to be online advertisers that hook you up with local repair shop.

Mill Creek Appliance Repair provides deep technical skills and knowledge. They have been taking care of all my appliances. The whole crew demonstrated their experience with the appliance on every visit. I dont trust anyone else at this point. They were honest, reputable and has integrity. I highly recommend.

This company is a call center shell company that feeds leads to legitimate local businesses.The team I worked with was great, friendly, thorough, but they dont fill Freon, which they advertise for their TACOMA! business listing.I didnt even know shells like this were a thing. I heartily recommend the actual team if youre in the tacoma area and dont have a fridge or freezer problem.Im now going to extra effort to get a local company directly. Heres a tip, if the company you call doesnt know if they service on the eastside and ask your zip code instead, keep looking.

So far my Haier refrigerator is working like new. They ordered new parts for it and installed it in the scheduled time. Excellent service was provided for me in a professional manner.

I called Mill Creek Appliance Repair a handful of times with various appliances. They’ve always been on time, diagnoses were always accurate and their repair really lasts. The last time I called them was 3 years ago for the oven and that GE oven still works for me now. Yesterday they serviced 4 year old dishwasher and I was again satisfied with the job well done! The tech (Gordon Bryant) came out and spent about 5 min. He got the dryer running by turning the knob back and forth a couple times.For this, he charged me $235 and did not replace the cracked knob. I had order it myself.

Do not use this company, they do not do the work but off load to other companies that are not responsive. They take a call fee of $60 and I have waited 2 months for parts and repair from All In One Services and they do not return calls.

My Danby fridge is not getting any power, so I called a company local to me. He was here right away to diagnose and repair it. The repair was pretty good! It is powering on and cooling, I am happy.

Extremely efficient, professional and honest. Tech was patient from start to end and finished the job with my dryer in less than an hour. Will contact him again in the future!

Very unprofessional. We called on a Friday to have a dishwasher repaired. We scheduled an appointment with this company for the following Monday. Monday morning I received a call telling me they had no repair techs available. I took time off from work to support this appointment and we prepaid them to hold the appointment. We will never call this company again.

Asked for repair work on our dishwasher and they booked the appt. took our CC information then called back on Sunday night saying they didnt have anyone in the area. .
