The whole process was a nightmare from the start. My biggest mistake was assuming amy was familiar with common real estate practices, or just chose to ignore them in favor of the buyer, a friend of hers. Don’t expect amy to guide you through the buying process as other agents do. Make sure you have complete knowledge of protocol and real estate practices because you won’t get advice or guidance from amy., I certainly didn’t.
