Our daughter came down with Covid like symptoms the day we were supposed to check in (today). We called to move our reservation further out while we await her test results and they refused. We are now out the money for being responsible and putting the health of our daughter, hotel staff, and future residents first.

Very unaccommodating. We booked a double occupancy room and they gave us a king bed with a pull out sofa. I called down and they said sorry that is what we booked and if we want we could buy another room if we want 2 beds. We have 2 kids with us plus me and my wife. Luckily I only bought one night before committing to the hotel (for this exact reason) for the rest of our vacation. We will be spending the rest of our time here somewhere else.

I have stayed at this location easily 50+ times as I often work in the area. It has always been clean, quiet and comfortable as well. Its not the least expensive hotel in Milford mass but its easily the cleanest of them. I have stayed at literally every hotel in the town of Milford more than once and without a doubt this is my go to. The staff is very helpful and do a great job. Kimberly is very helpful and always helps me if I need anything from the desk or something else.The next nicest hotel is the Hilton and the Fairfield but the Hilton is always more expensive by twenty or more a night and the Fairfield is tolerable but not as nice as the sonesta. I have been staying here intermittently since it was a courtyard Marriott and although the branding changed the hotel is still in great shape and clean. Highly suggest staying here if you are in the area. There is a Wendys across the street from it and several restaurants five mins away by car so if you are traveling without a car you will need to have something delivered or take a cab for a few minutes ride to get something other than fast food but that isnt a bad thing for me personally just something that may be helpful for those traveling for work who may not drive to the location.

The corridor floors and vents were dirty but the room was very nice. A little bit of cleaning in the common areas.

Love that they take pets. Getting on first floor with pets and having direct access with sliders is great. Clean. Friendly staff.

They never cleaned up the room over a 3 night stay. The pool was filled with screaming children. It was over chlorinated and the hot tub jets did not work.

We absolutely loved our stay. Driving up, first impression, the grounds were clean and well maintained. The feeling carried on through the lobby. Clean and well kept. The front desk clerk was friendly. We were pleasently supprised when we got to our room. It was fabulous with a great view of a well landscaped court yard. The bed, we ended up wanting to bring home it was so comfortable. The couch was a great bonus. We will stay again.

Priceline screwed up my reservation. The Manger Joseph honored the priceline quote. Kimberly at the front desk was wonderful. My cell phone was about to die, she got me a charger while we trying to figure out the whole reservation thing. Nice clean rooms, Rooms stocked with Paul Mitchell products, awesome little snack shop. This hotel is great. There are rooms with balconys, sliding glass doors. Ample parking. Cute little pool, fitness center and laundry area. I would stay here again. Thanks for the awesome service. Amazing staff here so good they could lead a training program on hospitality like Joey. Very clean rooms. Stayed with the family while refinished our floors. Kids loved the pool. Nice courtyard firepit too. Rooms had good mattress rolling desk.microwave fridge and tv

Is very hard to find a hotel that goes the extra mile. I just canceled a reservation at one hotel to stay in this one this coming July.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable, TV somewhat limited in viewing options. Bathroom was fine, but shower head too low for tall people. Would return, very good accommodations. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Marriot staff was friendly, rooms were nice, however........the cleanliness of the facility was atrocious. We were among the first guests post COVID closures. The furniture in the rooms was dusty (yes, you could write your name in it), there was hair in the shower, remote not wrapped in plastic; in other words no significant additional precautions taken during ongoing pandemic. My son opened sofa to make the bed for his 6 year old son only to find it full of crumbs; obviously it wasn’t cleaned as well. He slept with his dad and mom.Overall disappointed in this Marriot property.

My home away from home. I stayed there approx. 40 times and I never had one bad experience. The entire staff is lovely and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel.Greetings from Germany

Had a little wait at check in, but once we got to the counter, staff was very friendly and the process was quick. Room was super comfortable. Usually the first night away in a different bed is usually rough for me but, room was clean bed comfortably and shower great. Oh the got some great tea tree oil shampoo that I now need to seek.

Rooms are modern and clean. I love the little sofa area. Small refrigerator in the room as well as a coffee station. Could use better lighting in the vanity area, I felt like I was shaving in medieval times by candlelight. Restaurant was excellent. Food was exceptional, very tasty. Friendly staff. I would have liked it if they had a coffee station in the lobby, but instead they sold Starbucks at the bistro. A legitimate lounge/bar would have also been a nice touch, but it shouldnt dissuade anyone from staying.

Joe was extremely accommodating after we had an awful experience at another nearby hotel. We had a great time for the night we were there and all the staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you Joe specifically for doing everything you could have to make our stay comfortable!

Just another courtyard. The showers need some maintenance at this place. I stayed here multiple times due to work. Many rooms have shower that have some minor issues... Either they dont get hot (but usually at least warm enough), or pressure not very good because half the water come out of the sprout. The toilet seats are loose and you sometimes ended up sitting in ceramics. Overall OK if you are not super picky. The beds are comfortable. Oh, the electric sockets at the night tables are super loose so be careful of your phone not charging dur to charger falling out partially out of the socket.

I stayed for a business trip, and enjoyed my stay. They had everything I needed; clean, attentive, hot breakfast, and a beautiful setting. I would stay again - I just hope they fix their showers! Tub didnt drain properly and the shower didnt work properly.

Easy to find and close to the highway. Near shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking. It was in well kept shape and very clean. Nice courtyard, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. The room was quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Id stay here again if in the area.

Good hotel for business traveller in Milford and Hopkinton area. Clean rooms and decent size. Good staff. Not much much food option for vegetarian and vegan folks though. Also not closer to any mall or walkable/nearby shopping or food joints except for a couple of shops on opposite side near gas station. Nothing else to do nearby. So you will have to drive out for dinner and any shopping etc. Rest it is nice place for short stays.

We held a company party here for our families who support adults with disabilities and the whole experience was phenomenal. Not a bump and the staff was superb. We will be back, no doubt.

The Courtyard looks very nice with their remodel. The service is always top-notch, and the price very reasonable. All in, an excellent value.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially at the café. One of the staff members in particular was quick to remember you and your order which was a nice feeling.I highly recommend the pot pie which was better than most dedicated restaurants Ive had a pot pie at. The crust was perfectly flakey and it was very feeling. If youre also looking for a drink, try the French 77 which is their take on a French 75. Not quite the same but close enough.

The good: Clean facility, comfortable bed, reasonably priced rates, friendly and attentive staff, nice view from the room.The bad: TV had poor reception, pullout sofa not good for sitting, office chair in room was uncomfortable.This is a great hotel with minimal frills for staying a night or two, but for a vacation, I would look elsewhere as the rooms lack the creature comforts for adequate relaxation, unless of course you just want to lay on the bed all day.

Sweet little hotel. Some rooms have sofas with balconies others have 2 Queen size beds. Comfortable, quiet, a quaint little lobby that if it gets busy enough —perfect for people watching. There are terrific amenities right at your fingertips, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness room, a Business Center, a bistro open from breakfast until after 10:00pm —and if you’ve got the munchies at 3:00am, fear not. There is a 24 hour market stocked with your favorite goodies from trail mix to Ben & Jerry’s.Did I mention that all of it is nicely decorated? I did not. The hotel is laid out for convenience in set-up and design and the staff is great. Service is always efficient and with a friendly smile —looks genuine to me.

Not impressed. Breakfast is not complementary and it is over priced. My handicap room is not handicap. Shower has one hand hold in the front of the shower which is an inconvenience place for it to be placed. Rooms are small. As far as I can tell, the lobby is the only place that looks nice.Staff is nice however.

From the start the booking experience was horrendous. My reservations was cancelled. I called the night before just to make sure I had a room because I was part of a wedding party and my name wasnt on their list of people who book a room. When I called a young lady named Brook argued with me. I told her I just needed a room and I wanted it for the wedding party price i originally got it for. She proceed to tell me that I was the one who cancelled it because no one at the hotel would just randomly cancel it. I then asked her why would I cancel a hotel for a wedding that I was in? Even if I did cancel it why didnt I get a email stating that my reservation was canceled? Then she just hung up on me. She didnt give me time to ask her to send me the new reservation via e-mail.( the whole time she was talking like she had a nasty attitude and it seemed like she had better things to do than help me book a room)When I called back from my phone number it just kept ringing. I then had my fiancé call from his phone and she answered immediately and was extremely nice to him.Next June Im getting married right down the street and we were also going to book this hotel for our wedding guest because of this incident we will not be using you guys. You lost a lot of business because you have employees that dont know how to treat guest nicely.

They were amazing, when I arrived to check in myself and my husband and 2 year old daughter, I was given a free upgrade to a king suite for FREE!!! The pool and hot tub whirl pool were amazing, and the breakfast that is ordered and cooked fresh on the spot was delicious!! All the staff was so helpful and courteous. I couldnt have asked for more!!!!

Our room, a suite, was comfortable and clean, the beds excellent but the couch and chair not as comfortable. Noise was low and HVAC worked well. We stayed 2 weeks.

Super clean and awesome staff. Wi-Fi!!!!!! They have great food at the bar. Showers were clean and beds are comfy. Took me a second to realize you adjust AC and heat on the wall, not the machine itself. They have a pool!

Courtyard Mitford is located conveniently on 495 and has visible signage from the first turn off the highway. We checked in right at three and took a nap. It was comfortable and clean. All the necessary amenities. Service was kind and prompt, even though we checked out at 4 am.

Location is great if youre here for business in Midford or the surrounding area. Very easy to get to the highway or to downtown Midford. The rooms are fairly quiet. Takes a really noisy guest to disrupt the peace. The rooms are comfortably spacious with everything you need. The staff are helpful and friendly and have made the stay enjoyable. No complaints.

4 night stay. Generally pleasant experience. Free HBO, on site dining, available pool and gym. No complaints.

Day 3 of my extended stay and already these people have gone above and beyond any of our expectations. They know we are a ways from home, and they do their best to welcome us and make it feel like home. At all hours the staff is great and hospitable, and the whole place from top to bottom is very clean and well maintained. Stepping out into the courtyard is like walking into a whole nother world. Beautiful landscaping and a great relaxing vibe greet you. Id recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in and around Milford.

I stayed here for some weeks while training for an old job. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive to your needs. The central courtyard is actually one of the best Ive seen at a Courtyard Marriot, comfortable, private, with several separated areas to relax or have a party. Even the food was good.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Very clean room. Hotel is in a very convenient and nice area. I will also add that I really appreciate the age policy they have. My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert at Gillette. Couldnt find a hotel close that would allow 18&up to rent a room (were both 19). We thankfully found this hotel last minute! Will for sure be giving them our business in the future!!!

Spent three days at the Courtyard Marriott in Milford Massachusetts. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even if I asked a question about where I could get water the staff jumped and got if for me. Maid service was very flexible which was nice as our schedule changed daily. Facility was clean and well maintained. Their internal café called The Bistro was very good and great staff although the food price was just a bit high. The area also had many quality choices for eating in the immediate area to include a fantastic Chinese food restaurant.

Just checked in today after several flights and traveling with a 10 month old. Went up to our room and the room key didnt work, sent the wife back down and the second room key didnt work either. So after at least 15 minutes of frustration and having to restrain myself from kicking the door down we finally get into our room. Waited 20 minutes and still dont have a crib. The room is otherwise fine, I wont come back here if I have any other reasonable option.

Its just another hotel nothing special but not bad at all. Rooms are definitely a little on the small side and they seem smaller as it appears they cram all kinds of crap into it that eats up all the available space you had. I wish when a hotel knows you are staying for an extended period of time they would increase the amount of surplus they supply you with such as coffee, Im here for a week ok Im gonna need more than two tiny cups...

Great hotel, easy access and friendly staff. The room I got was pretty neat and comfortable. The only complain is that breakfast is not included, but desperate not, you still can have a variety of fast breakfast options from their coffee bar.

The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the tv was a good size. One star off because the room was a little cramped, it was hard to squeeze between the beds and furniture. But for sleeping, it was great.

This is the single hotel i have spent the most time in. Love it, such great staff, makes me feel at home.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The walls are super thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, it could be a problem (but usually isnt). Location is great, close enough to the 495 highway for convinient access, but far enough that noise is not an issue. Several restaurants are close by (but not walking distance). Wifi is fast and parking ample. No mini fridge in the room is a bit disappointing.
