July 2015: Devin convinced me to switch to ADP. I gave Devin all the payroll information he asked for so there would be no errors with our first payroll. Unfortunately, my company was assigned to Nessie and when she processed my first payroll there were numerous errors. I reported the errors to Nessie and Devin but even after one week, no corrections were made. I immediately switched back to Paychex for our next payroll processing. It took our advisor at Paychex several hours to correct all the errors ADP made. I requested a refund but Devin said no refunds would be forthcoming.
