Beautiful flowers/ trees, tons of outdoor necessities! The workers here are very knowledge and kind ! Picked up a few flowers to take back home to NJ & they are thriving ! They knew exactly what I needed for where the plants were going ! Great place !

Our entire neighborhood (Sterling crossing) has been complaining for over a year, about the job that sullivans has done since they took over. Spasado used to do it and our grounds were incredible.Our neighborhood used to be GORGEOUS and meticulously maintained when the other company did our landscaping. Each home owner pays a hefty fee monthly for the landscaping to be maintained. They are paid to weed and feed,yet our entire sidewalks and streets are filled.These pictures are ONE day after they cut our grasses. They basically just smash down more grass than they actually cut.Im not one to bash a company. Ever. But many of us have tried for months to get this company to do a better job. Even a decent job. And they just dont. The grass is never, ever, cut evenly. They hardly edge anywhere. They let weeds grow in the driveways and sidewalks,and in the grass itself. Its pretty disheartening. We pay 250 a month in here. Sposado was night and day better. I strongly suggest against using this company for any sort of ongoing treatment or upkeep.

Set up an appointment to look at work on my yard and they never showed up. Even rearranged my schedule to meet with them.

I live at Chestnut Ridge in Magnolia and called Sullivans to turn on my irrigation system for spring for a new house we just moved into. Jacob came out EXACTLY at the time he said he would. He even called me 15 mins prior to let me know of his exact ETA.He went over the entire system and explained to me where everything was. Programmed my sprinkler system, adjusted the rain sensor and even rewired the incorrect wiring in the box. All for just $100.I had called other companies in the area and was quoted atleast $125 and was given the we will come out when we can routine.I highly recommend Sullivans for the Chestnut Ridge Community. Super friendly courteous knowledgeable folks who respect your time and property!

Beginning to end wonderful customer service. We received a quote and the work was done shortly after approved. The crew was meticulous and respectful of our property.

I am not their customer but my neighbor is. The service they provide him is in accordance with industry standards but when it comes to respecting my property they are lacking. They broke my fence and did not tell me. Now when they go to clean up my neighbors yard they throw trash from my neighbors yard into mine. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor to voice my complaint about the trash and could not get a call back. If I did, I would not be posting here.
