Hired them and put up with poor phone service for two years where they couldnt make things run as promised. I kept getting calls from customers saying they couldnt reach me and I eventually learned that he didnt understand how the phone companys call forwarding worked so the system he set up didnt work.I finally called it quits and set up a simpler solution just using our cell phones. Verbally negotiated an alternative to the end of our contract and thought we had an amicable agreement. When I lived up to my half he changed his mind and took me to small claims court for $800. He won but his word is dirt.Dont trust his word. Only legally binding contracts mean anything to this guy and when he says hell make your phone system work, make sure you get quantifiable measurements and if you do pull the trigger assume he knows nothing and verify everything with the phone service provider. Wasted lots of leads and lost considerably more money than the remaining $800 on our contract and he knew it. But he had the paper and he squeezed for every dime.Only vendor Ive ever had a problem with in 25 years of running a business.Hope he realizes what you do in life always comes around.
