When there was a problem with the maids gaining access to my home they called me to problem solve as opposed to just leaving and not completing the job. They did excellent work, with attention to detail, so that everything was meticulous when I returned home. Thank you for a thorough job!

Needs a very quick cleaning. Owner, Matt, responded immediately. Free estimate the following day. Cleaning the next day. True, a 1 time cleaning is a bit pricey. However weekly rate is quite affordable. Much less than I pay my usual cleaner, however she does personal extras

Called and stated I needed a deep clean but had to be within certain dates. Rude woman scheduled me to meet with owner Matt but claimed she had no access to schedule. Matt calls 5 min after scheduled appt, says hell be 20 min late. Annoying but still just trying to get the task accomplished. Matt presented me pricing and i provided credit card and he said hed call me within hours to firm schedule then.......crickets and for days, not hours. Never heard from Matt again. They did not run my card, in fairness, but left me hanging without a word. Cleaning business must be good to provide such horrible customer experience and still be around!
