I have been a customer for over 3 years. I purchased hear aids from them. There price was competitive with full service places (over 4K for two of them).at the time but it was the highest end Oticon which I highly recommend. I visit them once a year for a hearing test and minor adjustments as my hearing is getting a little worse over time. Recently, I needed an adjustment and their audiologist Melissa noticed my ears were full of wax and asked me to return after getting them cleaned. It made a great difference and her attention to detail made the visit a pleasure. I highly recommend them.

I have great relationships with all the staff at Hearing Life. They have all been incredibly accommodating whenever I have any issues. I mean pretty much immediately. I am so fortunate the office is so close to my home.I used to travel to UMass for my hearing needs. I mean they were very professional but definitely didn’t have the vibe I was looking for. Hearing Life does! That’s why I’m part of the family.🥳

Debbie is always so great to work with! She is friendly, knowledgeable and always makes a difficult situation seem better! She is an amazing representative for your organization. She makes my elderly mother feel comfortable and like she is a returning guest - not just a customer. I wish more companies had people with Debbie’s customer service skills!

Im so pleased with my new Phonak hearing aids. The fit so well I dont feel them in my ears. The Technician was knowledgeable and easy to understand all the nuances to the State of the art technology. More importantly they are reasonable priced. Especially to a retiree on a fixed budget.

Audiologist, Terri Loewenthal, is very thorough and detailed. She takes her time to explain all aspects of the products and their proper use. My mother-in-law was recently fitted for hearing aides for the first time, and Terri was very patient with her, to ensure she could manage before leaving the office.

The hearing air was fixed and adjusted,, works fine, however, when I eat, or move around, it whistles, seems it is loose in the ear. Maybe need a remold. I have loss about 20 lbs. The left one is ok.

Worst hearing aids. We were sent home with new hearing aids, a few days later we got a call, oh sorry, we gave you the wrong ones, those are more expensive and they wanted almost $2000 more for them. Talk about bait and switch. We returned them and the $3500 set were crap and had to be repaired repeatedly. More than five times for each one. This last repair the warranty was up. It just cost $700 for repairs. Stay away from this group. Nice people but the business is a rip off. Not sure who makes their decisions for them.

I have been very pleased with Mass Audiology. Ramia has been great, helpful, patient and professional. Debbie (the office manager) has also been a pleasure to work with. I have now bought 2 pairs of hearing aids from them and have been very very pleased. My first pair were in the canal ones by Starkey, which were good, but one kept having issues (not the Drs fault). I have now just switched to Opticon around the ear ones. Time will tell if these are better.Cant say enough good about my experiences with this office! Thank you Debbie and Ramia!
