Fieldstone does not know how to communicate what they are doing, nor do they seem to care about billing clients when the client hasnt actually asked for services. They are not responsive, do not provide meaningful updates, yet are satisfied with sending enormous bills and then going silent when an issue is raised.Im honestly too exhausted with the whole ordeal to write the whole thing out, but Ill never use them again and find their customer facing side to be lacking. Clearly they are comfortable just moving forward with projects despite the actual client being involved, and then sending large bills 6+ months after the fact. Im glad its over.

Christopher Guida emailed me on APRIL 16 saying he would call me tomorrow or early next week in response to my request for a septic design consultation. Its now JULY 27, and he has NOT called or followed up via email. I kept the email, can easily prove these facts.I understand covid affects schedules, but this is a customer service FAIL.
