Wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing. But I 100% agree with the other reviews. I was sent a different product than what was pictured on the website. And they refused to offer a full refund and are charging a restocking fee for something that was THEIR mistake. How does that make sense? I’m paying for the wrong product that was sent to me!!! Seriously the worst customer service.
I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review of any business until now. They are unprofessional, deceitful, dishonest, and rude. Stay as far away as possible. As I await my refund, because my order clearly isn’t arriving, I can’t help but to wonder if this so called business is actually a scam.
I ordered an embroidered belt from this merchant. The order form saidto order one size bigger, so I did. When the belt came, it was much toobig, and had only two holes, so could not be pulled in tight enough.I sent the belt back for credit, since it just seemed too difficult tosize properly.I was told that Designs by Lillie will not accept merchandise to bereturned for credit. I called my credit card company, as I havenever had this experience, and I order almost everything on line.They told me that the website has this policy on their website, andso they could not help me.My husband is a lawyer, and when he read the tiny print he couldnot even understand the policy.I would not buy from them again.
