I had a malware issue with an external hard drive and a failed hard drive on my Macbook pro mid 2012, David was able to get into the encrypted external that the malware caused to encrypt and was able to recover all my 590 GB of data plus the data on the Macbook pro. He was very informative about what he was doing/going to do before any action took place and was very negotiable on price for both my issues. I HIGHLY recommend technology revealed for any type of data recovery, whether from malware or accidental deletion. I will use their services again in the future if anything like this happens again. A lifesaver. A business saver actually. Skilled, determined, fast. Unsuccessfully elsewhere, it took me 30 days and the purchase of an unnecessary external hard drive to NOT solve a software problem regarding a migration issue.David found a solution in one day.I had no more hope left until I tripped upon him and Technology Revealed. He (and Kathy) drilled into the problem and wouldn’t quit until it was resolved. He’s sorted out what Apple Inc. could not, nor two other (slooow) Apple repair shops. My 9 year old MacBook Pro was suffering from an unresponsive trackpad that I feared might require a major overhaul or a new computer. Needed to replace the failing hard drive in my older MacBook Pro. (Wanted to keep the built-in DVD player as we use it a lot.) David removed the old HD and installed a state of the art 1.0TB Solid State Drive that is not only twice the capacity of the original HD (500 GB), but operates so much faster! I contacted Technology Revealed after my 2011 MacBook Pro booted to the home screen and then shut down automatically. The machine was a workhorse! James offered to evaluate it for a reasonable price. He followed up quickly with options to fix it but didnt pressure me at all in that direction. He even sent me recommended websites for refurbished Macs. In response to a dilemma that I had created, they were able to recreate and reload software that could not be installed on my current Mac onto an older Mac I had and now I have access to years of data that otherwise would have been lost. Second time I went here and in both cases the service was excellent and priced fairly. I had a Mac die and they were able to get all the data off my hard drive and onto my new machine. They had previously replaced that same drive and did a great job of it. My MAC was 11 years old so it just made more sense to replace it than repair it - which they told me even though they could have said otherwise and Made good money repairing it. Bottom line - they are MAC experts, they work fast, they are completely fair and honest. Happy to give them five stars.

I was advised at the Apple Store in New Haven to take my MacBook to Technology Revealed, LLC for them to take a look at it. All kinds of weird problems...it was a used one, and I did get a few years out of it, but it had problems. This was in 2018, but I so much appreciated their advice. They ran some tests on it and advised me to get a new laptop. I did, and that analysis helped me to resolve my problem quickly. I got a new laptop. End of nightmare! I had a Mac Book that needed to be looked at to see if it was still usable. I brought it in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Cory. He walked me through the registration and told me he would let me know what the findings were. By the next afternoon he got back to me with the findings and told me it was ready to be picked up. I had a problem with my MacBook Pro. I was referred to them from the Apple Store in New Haven. My Mac kept shutting down and I was told that I needed a new battery to correct the problem. Technology Revealed installed a new battery (2 hour process) and they thought my laptop was fixed. Turned out it was not fixed. There was also a problem with the logic board. Bottom line, my computer was not able to be fixed or a reasonable price. I contact Technology Revealed and they refunded the entire amount of the repair including the diagnostic fee. Thats a company that stands behind their work. Not many like them.

Recently, I needed to transfer an extensive Filemaker Pro database (which has been over 14 years in the making) from the old iMac to the newer one. Its been my experience in life that quality service companies are hard to come by. Just getting someone to answer the phone or getting a call back is a rarity these days but Technology Revealed is always there for us no matter what. Jason and the crew are experts and I have gladly referred my friends and family to them. I couldnt recommend them an higher. They recently installed some type of software to assist with keeping our laptops up to date and secure. Now theyre running like new. If its Apple, it has to be Technology Revealed..

I had a hard-drive replaced on my macOS that did not allow me to use my CS4 program. Apple could not or would not assist. On the advice of your engineer I was able to get it up and running again. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

I brought my Macbook Pro to Technology Revealed for a repair and they did a great job getting it back up and running within a short period of time. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional!

A few weeks ago I had a major computer crash and lost all of my data. Imagine restarting your computer and there was no data on your hard drive any more! I almost had a heart attack. It was the worst nightmare of my life - 25 years of sacred data gone! Mishka worked with me to find and restore everything!!! He knew things that no one else knew about this process and my data and programs are working better than before. Apple referred me to them for data retrieval off my broken mac (apple said they would have to wipe it to fix it). They got everything off of it. Not a cheap fix, but reasonably priced for the job.

After literally zero help or answers about my broken MacBook at the Trumbull Apple Store they referred me to Technology Revealed.First and foremost, one call got me DIRECTLY to a human voice who was beyond helpful and transferred me to the consultant. Mishka then took time to talk to me and gave me real answers and solutions.He transferred the contents of my hard drive to the new machine completely seamlessly, making a crummy situation (dead laptop) much more tolerable.I couldnt recommend this company any higher. 100 stars.
