It was hard to contact them. Always had to leave a message. The job preformed did not meet my expectations. The contracts and workers that preformed the job, were very professional.

I hired them to enclose the underneath of three buildings & they were wonderful. If I ever had a question, I had a response right away. I could email or call and they were extremely responsive. Not to mention I havent had any issues with their product/service.

Delaware Crawl Space has kept my basement dry since fixing a major water issue a number of years ago. They do a yearly inspection, and maintain the whole house dehumidifier. They initiate contact with me each year to schedule those visits and show up exactly on time. When I had a clogged line in between visits they were there the same day. A really fine company with a great customer service attitude. I highly recommend them.
