Eddie and Cindy are the best people in the business to work with. Friendly, welcoming environment with honest, high quality work done in the shop. Highly highly highly recommend. Eddie also has a great sense of humor and loves a good ice cream on a hot summer day. Don’t we all?? This place is the absolute bottom of the barrel!If there was a physical way to give them zero Stars I would. Since one star is the lowest I can give them, then one star it is.I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and non-customer service oriented person in my life.Absolutely zero communication.Absolutely zero ability to field any type of questions.Absolutely 100% rude.Absolutely 100% low class.Absolutely 100% demeanor of a thug.Absolutely 100% a crook deploying stalling tactics and non-returning phone calls.Absolutely zero capability to conduct himself in a professional matter.I tried to ask for the final price and a breakdown of the price and he got so frustrated and he started swearing at me. You told me to set the f down and shut up. even told me that hes going to take every other customer first and Im going to have to wait an hour to an hour and a half before hes even going to talk to me again.And this was all dealing with the same person and hes the owner his name is Eddie.I cannot emphasize enough how much to steer clear from this place. Please save yourself being degraded, being stressed out, being ripped off and being treated like garbage. I cant possibly fathom how hes even in business.

Been going to this body shop for a few years now for all my car needs. Prices are affordable and Eddie always goes the extra mile to help me out when it comes to finding quality parts at a lower cost. My oil changes have always been done in a timely fashion and the office staff is polite and enjoyable to converse with upon waiting. There is also an adorable little store in the office of handmade jewelry and knickknacks. My children look forward to picking something out everytime we go!

Had my car accident recently & it was an absolute nightmare for me trying to get anywhere with my insurance company. The owner of auto specialists, (I forget his name) fought hard for me to get all he felt I was entitled to get! He did all the heavy lifting between dealing with the insurance company and the body work. My car looks phenomenal! You cant even tell it was hit. Very pleased with this body shop. Will absolutely be using them from now on!

Went to get interlock installed and he tried to over charge me. Told me that I would need 4-6 hours of work to remove alarm system. Took it to another place they installed it in an hour and told me that the alarm system wasnt even hooked up. Crooks

In September 2018 my car was involved in an accident which nearly totaled it, and it was not at the fault of me. My car was directly towed to this shop after I was transported to Yale due to my knee and steering wheel breaking each other. My car was then serviced at this shop and I was in a rental for OVER A MONTH. I understood the damage to my car was a lot so i was patient. After my car was “fixed” I went to pick it up and multiple things were still not fixed. My steering wheel tilt lever was not fixed, which helped break my kneecap so I had a hard time understanding how that was missed during the insurance company’s assessment of my car. My driver side visor mirror was also still shattered from my head hitting it. I was assured that the owner of the shop (Eddie I believe his name is) was going to contact the insurance company about the necessary adjustments that needed to be made to the initial estimate. The owner of the company told me I was fine to take my vehicle and leave and that he would be in contact with me when he has a day that the insurance company would send another adjuster out. I called back about 2 weeks later for an update and the owner hung up in my face after telling me I’m “complicated to work with.” I called back and said nothing except that i would like a full copy of everything they did to my car. I was told they had just switched systems so they no longer had it at the shop. Me being 21 I truly did not mind not being able to move my steering wheel, and lets be real you can use your rear view mirror to look at yourself so i wasn’t too mad about my visor either, so I wasn’t too worried about them “messing up my car.” Cut to a month ago. The radiator that Eddie made my mother pay $300 out of pocket for (even though the guy who hit me’s insurance covered everything) is about to explode. I bring my car to a **TRUSTED** shop not even mentioning the accident, thinking nothing of it, and my mechanic asks me when my car was in an accident and proceeds to tell me that the shop that worked on it messed multiple things up. Im currently battling Geico (wish me luck) to try and get them to re-fix my car an entire year later. Also, my paint job is absolutely terrible, and my bumper is popping back out. I would pay alot of money to NOT bring my car here ever again. From improper fixing, to hanging up in my face, saying I’m hard to deal with because THEY didnt properly fix my car, and borderline scamming my mom out of $300+, my only suggestion to ANYONE would be to stay 100 feet from THIS SHOP. Also, when i got the paperwork from the INSURANCE not them because they refused to give it to me, I also learned that they had my car for over a month but only spent 35 hours working on it. Make it make sense. Learn from my mistakes and dont waste your time like I did!!

I recently had my car repaired I am very unhappy to report that I had to repair the reservoir tank for the windshield wiper fluid immediately after being instead of replacing the part they patched it up... they were very nice of course but the worst quality was not good

My car was recently involved in an accident which was deemed a total loss by insurance. My vehicle had to be removed from the road so MPD had told me that there was no time to call the tow company contracted under my insurance. Furthermore Auto Specialists of Milford towed my vehicle from the scene and had stored my vehicle until my insurance company had it moved. While I was on vacation I had my little brother go to the place where the car was and upon arrival came to find out the trunk was emptied of 3 pairs of speakers, a subwoofer, an audio touchscreen display aswell as two beach chairs. I am certain that the equipment was stolen by this company rather than the other place it was towed to because the day after the accident I had visited this place of business to retrieve the equipment from the vehicle as it sat on the side of the road and was approached in a very aggressive manner by a representative of the company saying that I should have went to the office first to check in. I expressed my apologies of the matter and explained that I have items of great value to me that I had come to pick up, I failed to calm the man down And suggestested it may be better to come back another day. As in end result I was robbed of 1500$ worth of my property and I would not ever recommend Auto Specialists of Milford for service.
